RushCard

I used to love my rush card because of how easy it was to load money on it, ect.... but now for some reason when I try to log in on my phone it says I have no internet connection but I know that's a lie!! What is wrong with the app??! When are you gonna have it fixed?? I am not afraid to take my business elsewhere if this isn't fixed ASAP!!! I just want what I had! There wasn't anything wrong with the app or card... and now that someone thought they had to mess with it, now it doesn't work!!!! Can you PLEASE fix this??!!! I'd appreciate it!! Thanks!!

I am having a same issue as many other when trying to get into my account on my phone. ...Saying no Internet connection. ...which is not true. However I am able to get into my account on my tablet from the same Rush app. So there must be a problem with the Rush app when using a phone. But its been several months now with the same problem. Rush, please fix!!!

Worse service I have ever encountered and the customer service reps are definitely the worse they could find. Please do yourself some justice and refrain from oedering and using this service. There are more inviting and better quality if cards out there. I will be closing this account after my refund has been posted. 3-5 business days. Unbelievable$

I really wish I would have read some of these reviews before choosing this card! BECAUSE THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST PREPAID CARD SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! DO NOT ORDER A CARD FROM THESE DOUCHE BAGS!!

I have been with rush card since 2004 and its now 2018. Customer service is not the same anymore they're very rude. They lost all the features and functions that they started off with which makes this card extremely sucky. So unhappy would have been treated Lately by RushCard. I'm taking my money and putting it into my other accounts and closing all my other RushCard accounts!

I've been with your company since 2012 and I'm saying bye to rush! Your customer service is absolutely terrible! I have not been getting transaction alerts and I call to be put on hold to lies to nothing! The fees are terrible! I get charged for everything and I have unlimited plan! What is the point in paying that if I still get fees! Searching for a different real bank account this 2 day early bs isn't worth the hassle I have to deal with to remain a customer! I'll be moving my money to a credit Union where I actually get better benefits! Fu and good bye rush

Member since '04,Now on this new update I have issue, not able to view/access acct. Because, I need verification code they send 2 your email but, they never send it.. Call, they say wait 1-2 bus. days but it's 2 wks. and still nothing 2nd. call again, same thing still no answers. Hopefully they fix soon, I'll change my rating... HelplessRushcard

I previously had a rushcard then I stopped using after the big rush card incident....took me weeks to get my money....I just now started using and cant even login online. Reading all the reviews I am positive that I will be switching as soon as possible. My advice to you is not to get this card. Do not use their service. It sucks. And yes customer service is rude and could care less

Its safe to say after this tax year a lot of people are no longer using rushcard for refunds. At least that's what everyone in the tax refund group I'm in is saying. But I agree, next year ill be using Netspend.

Stupid app, can't even keep me logged in, and when I try to enter in my info they tell me there's an error. Been doing this for a whole month smfh

I used rush card for 10 yrs exactly this year. I used to love it but honestly since the company has been sold slowly it's gone down hill. This year I officially opened an account with PNC and put my rush cards up. The new fees are way to high customer service is terrible. I never have won anything in the 10 years using it so don't let the contest pull you in either. And I used my card for direct deposit all the time. It's really just gone down since they changed the fees and etc. So sad. It used to be so amazing.

App won't work on my Note 4. Can't even log in, this really needs technical support, can't even reset password here, very disappointed. I've installed then reinstall but still not working.....

Keeps giving me a notice that it can't connect to the internet but all my other apps connect with no problems. When the app works it is great but then things like this happen. Still not working.

Horrible.. Opens app WHILE CONNECTED TO INTERNET.. Closes itself with the not Connected​ to Internet error.. Stupid UNRELIABLE APP.. Just stick to regular Site for your needs ????..

I can't log in keep saying validation code. I put the code in, but it still says wrong code. Been with y'all since 08 never had this problem

App could be better can't log in keeps telling me check my internet connection makes no sense since . I'm on my Galaxy Note 4 hopefully this problem is fixed will give better rating afterwards hopefully my short review is scene and not blindly disregarded . Just had an update a few moments ago and the app still doesn't work just had an update a few moments ago and the app still doesn't work and the date is December 2017 . You guys suck

It's annoying that you can't use this app without allowing it to make and manage your phone calls. I'm not gonna allow this app to do that. Why would it need to make and manage phone calls??

Decent. Only thing is I can't look up past transactions. It always says no transactions found, which is a lie.

I having issues with my card. I head to the store before I head home so bills can be paid. Now I have to wait til the next day. I'm thinking on going back to my old bank.

This company sucks bad they pay you early foe two weeks straight then turn around and stop and what to wait all the way up till the afternoon the next day to pay you. Rush Card get you shot together for once stop changing people pay day and leave it on the day you started giving them the money on. Oh you all so need to make a prompted to talk you dumb ass customer service people because when you call the line you don't get to talk to anyone just a dam machine this is b's you suck dad in my eyes making me regret that I got this card in the first place

I can even activate the stupid card with this app an error keeps occurring so annoying. I'm so glad I don't use this and I'm ONLY doing this for someone bc this ish sucks

This app does not work. Everytime I try to log in it says,Something went wrong ,and try again later. Well I been trying again for over a month now and it does not work

I use the app daily.after this last update, I am not about to log in to my account. Fix the update please so that I can give 5 stars! It was a 5 start app before this new update.

So in order for me to update my email and phone # I have to fax in my ss card and DL/ID ???? #Ridiculous when I didn't have to any of that to get the card way back in 2013 #VentingSession lol I feel better now

THIS APP SUCKS WOULD NOT LET ME LOG I'M.. KEEP SAYING SEND A CODE THEN I TYPE IN CODE IT DO SENT WORK.. SUCKS

I came across some problems where I submitted a report about some fraudulent activity of charges that were made, with me unaware of, they began the proper proceeding of sending me the transaction dispute papers. I was very upset when I went to use my card and it was declined with funds of mine frozen til I got a replacement one but was never made aware that they had to cancel my card until I was sent a replacement which made me very upset because I needed thing's at that very moment that couldn't wait. I called customer service and they ended up helping me transfer my money to another rushcard but not with out wanting to charge me $30. I was not going to pay that nor think it was right that I had to pay $30 to get my money transferred from one to another. This is some thing I was not going to agree on so I asked to speak to a supervisor and ended up still having to pay $5 for the transfer. I was upset as u can imagine. Then i couldn't remember my pin and needed to change it but couldn't without locking myself out of it and was denied access to the app and still can't access it. Thier friend referral bonus is awesome to get $30 for each person u refer but I'm not sure if i will

I have not been able to open this app for months. I uninstall & install it, but it won't let me in.

It crashes every time you try to upload pictures of your check this app is garbage a big waste of time

I love that this app gets me my money early but I don't like that I have to get a access code Everytime I go to my Rush card app and I don't like when I order online it takes more money than my order cost so please fix these things I like my Rush card just fix the issues thank you

I starting to think your getting my info for false use cause I've downloaded this app two days ago and every time I put my info in it says a error occurred while processing..what's going on so question is this a real app cause that's my real money? And how can u fix this

Since the update a normal deposit that has taken place before won't post. And when i try to email about it I get a sorry we're temporarily unavailable message. Where's my money?

OK I am still having trouble accessing this app. It keeps telling me that there is a problem with the Internet connection. Which there isn't. I can't even get into the app. This is been going on for over 2 months....is anyone reading these.

Can't even log in. Been using the app for months and now it's asking for authentication codes it doesn't send when you request them.

Why do I need to input my SSN to sign up for this card but illegals can vote in our system without one?

Updated and asks for a text code of email code and I've done both and nothing gets sent to my email or my phone. So how do I check my account.
