Rush Animal Care, founded in 1992, by Dr. Barbara Rush offers the Johnston animal community medical,surgical, and dental care.

We provide boarding and grooming services. Rush Animal Care is a full-service animal hospital whose mission is to provide the highest standard of veterinary care for pets. We provide friendly, informative, and supportive services for you and your pet.

We are located close to a 24 hour facility, and 30 minutes from the College of Veterinary Medicine Teaching Hospital in Ames. We serve the greater Des Moines area, including Urbandale, Grimes, Clive, West Des Moines, and Ankeny.
