Used to be a good app, now it doesn't offer any significant insight. As a paid user of the service, this app is a huge disappointment.

neat to view open alerts - bu thats it, no options to get to config, and most importantly, cant share the info anywhere (i.e. email sms etc.)

Works well, but locks up now and then. No access to agent config from the client. No widgets - yet. two stars for implementation and integration. More when further functionality rolled out. Good support team and access to open source code. Community can be proactive in implementing change. (speaking from personal experience from years gone by). Very interested in progress.

Can't change installed agent settings like can through web. Can't adjust notification sound. Can't set sleep period for notifications. A very very basic and limited app. Disappointing in 2016
