It continues to turn off daily during my trips. Even though business hours are set it will not reactivate itself during those hours when it decides to turn off. Let's just say one address ended with Chinese symbols as the destination - enough said

While using this app don't expect your phone to run any other app or service. While using this app even something as simple as my music player app on my LG G4 becomes impossible resulting in having to reset my phone after arriving at different stops. If my company allowed I would uninstall and never look back. Total garbage.

This has ruined my mileage reporting I recently upgraded to try it again since 2014. Still horrible. Consistently drains battery and shaves miles off my trips compared to odometer, app doesn't close even when you tell it to. doesn't send data even when time is setup at 5 minutes. I have to manually send and wait and check it. Use the website every month to add back my miles making the app totally pointless. Worst app ever and I am forced to use it for work.

Has trouble with time zones while traveling west. Whenever I cross from central to mountain time, the app stops working. It doesn't seem to have a problem going from mountain to central. It also drains my phone's battery in half a day. When, I use low power mode, it doesn't track correctly.

Runzheimer must be making pretty decent money as an organization, however they definitely have invested ZERO in this application. It is unbelievable how terrible this program functions, how many trips are dropped, and how poorly it affects your phone's performance. And to make matters worse, the Runzheimer website to manually enter mileage is just as bad. If you have any appreciation for your employees, find someone other than Runzheimer.

Still junk.... 6 months later. App is so inaccurate I have to waste an hour every month filling in missed mileage and cutoff trips. Love my job. Dislike this app..... F-

Let's see, where to begin.... uses too much battery, uses too much data, and consistently fails to correctly log trips. The programmers responsible should vow to never code again. There is no way I'd use this app if I was not required by my employer to use it. Most of the positive reviews are from Runzheimer employees! LOL

Terrible. Shuts off multiple times per day. Inaccurately tracks mileage. Takes multiple hours to fix errors at the end of each month. Other than that, it's great.

This app drops connection all the time, causing more time to be spent adding these trips back in. It also randomly decides that your trip is personal so if you don't see it before submitting then you don't get paid. Then if you work nights and come home the following morning, it charges you 2 commutes, so you don't get paid at all depending on how many miles you drove. Also they say it is your choice to drive whatever you want, but then give you the option of a versa when you are in construction field.

Worst app I have ever. Will stop logging your trip for no reason. Almost every trip I have to manual add coordinates. GPS is in accurate. I called the customer service because the app continuously stopped working and shut down. They told me to restart my phone numerous times. I had to suggest to them that I reinstall the app. That worked for a while and than back to a crap app. Do yourself a favor and find a different app to us. They say they are working on the"bugs". Hopefully, some day that happens.

It stops all the time and misses trips. I think it's by design to save Runzheimer money. I have to keep another mileage app on just to get the trips it misses. Junk junk junk

Daily crashes sum this up perfectly. I report issues constantly and they never get better. I cannot stand that my company uses this worthless POS.

Avoid this app. If your company is implementing it, find someone in upper management who will actively listen and spend a little time reading these reviews before they force an adoption. This app is unstable, constantly crashes, chews up battery and phone resources. It will not save you time or make mileage tracking easier. I was optomistic in spite of the negative reviews... disgruntled employees, negative because they are now feeling watched... etc. No. These complaints are valid. AVOID!

An app that conviently, and regularly locks up. Maybe the should spend their money on an app, instead of a nice building. Overall SUCKS! It may work for 2 minutes, or 2 hours. But never for more then 1 day.

My phone battery won't even last half a day if I keep the app open. Also, When you call Runzheimer customer service to let them know about the different issues being encounter with this app, they try and help but at the end they just apologize for it and you are still having the same issues, If you are in a fast pace outside sales job this app is not for you. I find myself adding miles manually almost every day because my phone battery dies way before my day is over.

This app is awful. Stops tracking without letting you know. Also get a daily message letting me know that it stopped working and when I hit the report button that locks up.

Will shut down if I get a phone call or text message or try and open any other app. Not great and would not recommend

Horrible application that just wants to stop working every 20 minutes. I cannot effectively log my miles!

It never keeps accurate mileage. I have to manually load most of my mileage. I have called multiple times and it's always the same story. They are working on it.

Runzheimer blames Samsung while Samsung blames Runzheimer. Either way the app is terrible. Though lately I get a notice that the app stopped working and I restart it.

App constantly failed every time I opened it. Doesn't constantly record accurate mileage or stay recording in background.

It just does not work how its supposed to. Probably worst app I've ever used. Had to sit for over an hour and make corrections to my milage for every day this week. It does not deserve even 1 star. Not working on Android 7.1 also.

This app shuts down on me all day long resulting in my loss of reimbursement money.

Doesn't capture all mileage and doesn't upload timely. Spend too much time correcting information.

This app has never worked properly. I haved used it for a couple years now. I constantly check it. I manually keep track of my miles and they never match. I wish my company would find an app that works. This is how I get compensated.

The new build has been very accurate. It has crashed about once a month. Uninstalling and reinstalling fixes most issues. I'm driving 3500 to 5000 miles a month. At least a 12000 mile sample.

If google maps or any other mapping device worked as bad as this on tracks you they wodn't be used at all

After all the updates it still does not work right. I think you need to find a new app company.

Complete garbage, I waste a horrible amount of time trying to make sure it's doing its job. Using a ball of string to track your miles will be easier and more accurate. I hope my employer find a replacement for it soon.

Not so. Love my job and the company I work for. That being said... this app is antiquated and needs to be updated. They pitch a good product when you're being trained but they fail to mention the app kills your battery and doesn't always keep track of miles... oh and you have to go over 8 mph for 1.5 miles before it kicks in. Anyone in sales knows we sometimes have multiple stops...it adds up. If your company has been suckered into buying Runz maybe opt for the Dongle? Hoping I have better luck w/it.

Apparently this app hasn't logged any of my trips for three weeks. Does anyone know if this is even a reputable company? What a joke.
