The app looks great, but that doesnt matter when it does not work. Ordered a wakeup call in trondheim, guess what?!? Noone called.

Professional look and feel. However, I cannot use this app to book special promotions such a 2-4-1 as a Gold Elite Club Carlson member. Also there would seem to be a bug as I cannot read the messages sent to me by the hotel. Samsung Galaxy S4. Please fix this urgently as this qualifies as a servere defect

Flicker and lockup on my Nexus 6P. Runs on my wife's Nexus 5, but app says we aren't authorized to ask for extra pillows in the room we're currently staying in. Lots of work needed on the app, just like the hotel.

The app causes the screen to flash so uninstalling

I'm sitting in the hotel lobby with great Wi-Fi so there should be no reason for the app to take so long to log me into anything. Yet it does. It takes forever to launch the app itself and then once inside it takes forever to get into the Club Carlson area of the app.

Screen just flashes uncontrollably even after reinstalling numerous times.

It actually does work wonders.

A very basic guide. Most of the things offered can be accessed via the website. Ordering food & requesting late checkouts are simplified although this is my 3rd time here & I haven't been granted a late checkout yet. I did not find it very beneficial.

Just loads the splash animation then does a funky flashing black to grey screen constantly. Totally useless. Great hotels though!

Tried it second time in a span of 6month's, I hold the hotel membership card but still I can't book even a table in restaurant prior to my visit or not even getting contact details of Hotel. It's completely worthless

So the app is the same as the TV menu or just calling reception. Nothing innovative. Now if it was actually a real app, not an Internet website facade, and I could see the room I was going to be in, pre order things before I arrived, etc then it would be useful. UPDATE LATEST VERSION: Now the app won't start, it just flickers and I have to kill it.

Downloaded and launched app. First pages flickers on and off. Unable to proceed any further

Screen was number 1 user of battery. One Touch was number 2 and equal to the number 3 & 4 (Android System & Android OS) combined. That is ridiculous considering I never launched the One Touch app during the period. When I did try to use the app while it appeared to work I could never register my stay on the app to actually do anything even with the help of executive lounge staff. This however maybe because my stay was incognito but staff did take that into consideration but still didn't help.
