This app Sux! keeps saying no hotel selected and then wont allow me to select one, only gives "call" or "book" options. but I don't want to call them and I've already booked! I just want to select so I can use the app, what gives?

Doesn't work on my phone in Europe

Did everything it promised. For free.

I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews. However, I'm glad I gave it a try. They followed just about every suggestion previously posted in the review thread. Love the menu and choice to alter items down to how I want my burger cooked! Very impressed!

Was told app was down none of our room service order was received.

"Authentication Failed" makes app a useless waste of time.

This app is as worthless as the hotel itself. Waste of time.

Mostly generic info, missing room service food menu, happy-hour hours. Apparently a cost saving thing so they don't have to pay $3 to put a guest services binder in each room (you have to request it) And this is supposed to be the nicer ELP hotel!

It just does not work very well. Some things get ordered others you cannot select. if you want to edit your order it eont let you. plain piece of crap app.

Couldn't choose breakfast for in room dining. Won't install on anything except my phone.

Since when was looking at a room service menu and calling the restaurant a problem? Poorly designed app, clunky interface. Entering unnecessary step in the customer experience.

I love the idea of having hotel info in a phone app.  Thanks for doing this! You need to have TV station info on the app.  The room does not have a physical tv guide, so I have to flip stations like we're in the 1980s.  It's so tedious! Also, having the hotel's restaurant menu would be great in the app, with the ability to order room service, too. I'll try using the other features and give more feedback if I have any.

I tried using the app and web version to order room service and repeatedly got the message "Authentication Failed."

Got to room service menu easily and placed order but app forgot it so I had to call to replace the order myself.

You would think they would have an app that works. Ordered breakfast, waited an hour, called room service and they never received the order through the app. Also ordered fresh towels and bath mats from the app, they never came. This app does not work in any way except being a button pusher. Waste.

Was going to try room service, which menu on app seemed functional. Decided to call down bc missing dessert section. Was trying to use express checkout and it wouldn't let me proceed without listing bags to pick up. I had no bags that needed picked up. Great idea but needs tweaking to get 5 stars.

It doesn't even find the hotel I am in!!

Don't waste your time .. great idea but doesn't work at all .. put in an order for room sevice that said it was placed and it was not, nothing on this app functions properly .. at all.

Why cant this be a piece of paper in my room or a simple website? I just want to know what food they serve and how to find the fire escapes.

It took forever to download. I'm still waiting. Guest service directory would have been way better. The front desk cannot keep up with phone calls. I'm still unable to finish downloading.

Wanted room service at 10PM, exhausted after travel to Orlando, had to use the app. Installation took forever. Crashed multiple times. Links didn't work. App forgot food order. Thank goodness for friendly but stressed human on the phone.

The hotel forces us to use the app for getting all of the information. The app doesn't work. It is slow. Looks like it was built by my 14 year old brother. Don't use it.

The idea is nice, but the app does not work at all for me. I downloaded it so I could order room service...but in order to do that you have to generate a profile...but in order to do that, you have to register. When I pressed the register button, it went to a completely blank page. Maybe it's my phone/system, but this just made getting food difficult for a hungry guest.

Europe not included

What's the point of this app? There's no functionality anywhere close to what is claimed. All it can do is tell you where the nearest hotel is at.
