This app could be much better if you let the user have his or her own plan of own sets and reps. The fixed number of squats isn't helpful to grow muscles. Try to look at the layouts of other squat apps to make it even better. Thanks

Sadly app has plenty of false readings, this makes sessions quite irrelevant, since user must count squats on his own. Hence, I really think that some sort of calibration is required, or option where user can input or simply confirm that he finished reps or session.

Love this app. I see ppl complaining about not getting much after paying for the app. Look, I paid for the app not to get anything more than no ads and to support the devs. Don't want to pay? Then don't. Lol

I really like this app. For someone like me who is rather uninspired to do much strength training its easy and simple to follow! The tracking is very accurate with this one too and you have to do a decent squat! No little squats with this app!

This app was great when it worked, but then it crashed on me on a daily basis! Usually after I've finished a session. And come on! What's with the sharing function no one asked for? Who wants to show the world that the did 50 squats today? How to turn that annoying thing off?

The app doesn't let you adjust count. This is pretty big issue since the app so easily miscounts. The app also asks me to share my workout everytime once I am done. I expected a feature to turn these off in the pro version but there isn't. So only upside of upgrading is no ads displaying. Not much benefit of spending money

The app counts your squats as implied, but has a couple annoyances that will probably keep me from using it much longer. First, every single time you finish a workout it pops up a "share this to every social network ever created" page, which is very annoying. I have no desire to ever share my workout, but I have to exit out of the page every time. Second, after completing the first training set it does not give me the option to continue on to the next more challenging. What good is a "training" option if it doesn't actually let you train? I've reached out to runtastic via their in-app feedback mechanism, but this just results in an automatic "go check our FAQ" response rather than going somewhere that a real person actually reads it. I find it frustrating to have purchased the "pro" version, but not get access to the pro features. If the company ever gets back to me with a solution to this, I'll refine my review.

Simple! Just right! Presentation of graduated training plans. This app participates in every session to encourage you with each session's goals and automatically track progress. Without judgement, the app waits for you to accomplish the next session. So you can skip a week and just pick up where you left off. I love this app although there is no magic motivation to set aside the time for a workout, it makes it easier to execute a productive workout once you have the time.

The app is pretty good, but a minor improvement would be the sensitivity - i.e. sometimes counting a squat you haven't actually done. A major improvement would be to remove the screen crack effect. I don't know if it's meant to helpful, funny or motivational, but it's none of them! It even covers the counter on the screen and can disrupt momentum. Please remove this in any future updates.
