Runtastic Mountain Bike PRO

Why this app not work with Android 7 as well as Android 6... It seem work but it always show recovery. 2 day ago, i were open this app while I cycling mountain bike. Actually i ride more than 40 KMs, but this app tell me ONLY 23 KMs... Why?

Using this (paid) app for years, first on iOS, now on Android. Have many recorded rides. Would give it 5*, but since recently any recorded trip shows max speed 23 km/h, though I know some sections were faster. App shows intermittent red-only sections (i.e. no color gradation, just plain red) wherever speed was actually exciding 23 km/h. So, app "knows" speed was higher, yet plots wrong color trail and legend. Please fix or advise. Alternative is for me to abandon the app.

When internet connection is lost and app gets paused by Android system it stops displaying cached/offline maps (OSM) and GPS track. Very inconvenient, it was working fine before. Contacting support (ticket 480396) lead to nothing as I'm getting template replies by a bot for more than 2 weeks already

Won't log in. I go to the log in page, enter my info, it accepts it no problem.... Then I'm not logged in. Tried about 50 times. Confirmed my credentials about 10 times. Same problem. Uninstalling.

It failed again today. I cannot understand what's happening. In the past used to work very good but now since that last updates it fails. It does not record the track and miss the data. Definitely very disappointed. I will start from today to use another app.

Good app with a few flaws. What's most annoying is every time I open the app I need to switch back to metric. Also, wish the trails on the search map showed a better idea of the topography of the trail.

I have been using Road Bike Pro for 2 months. This Mountain bike app will not import all of my history. I will change my review when this is fixed, I want to be able to see all my activity in the history, it currently only shows July and not August. Yes this is the most current version. I would be using this app daily if it is fixed.

The latest update resolved all issues, including the distance reset problem. Working great now. Thank you for listening to your users!

The program was great on my older phones but with my Galaxy S8 it constantly freezes during my rides and I have to force close making me lose any biking recordings....its really annoying so until somethings updated/fixed so i'm using an alternate app for now.

Very good app. I would propose to add an option to mark tracks as favorite to make it easy to select for challenge. For last, I observe mismatch between the max speed on summary tab and on the graph

I have both Mountain Bike Pro and Road Bike Pro. For the same route, Mtn. Bike shows 5X the amount of calories burned as Road Bike (643 vs 117 calories). Runtastic's "Zendesk" said that is because "Our calory (sic) calculation is currently based on an expert formula in order to provide our users with a good approximate number. Currently we are not taking the heart rate into consideration, but we are working on a better solution for the future." My response to that is "Wha??????? How does the 'expert formula' explain 5X the calories burned for one vs. the other?" Their support is very poor and you can't believe calorie count calculations. If they allowed picture posting I could show the unbelievable comparison.

I enjoy the tracking features in theory, but lately they have been unreliable. I will go on a ride, and tracking works about 50% of the time.

I loved it before. Recently discovered it can connect with MI band 1s which could be used for HR, but since this last version it cannot detect it anymore unless you have done it in some older version and then upgraded. In new version it doesn't detect it. Please fix ASAP!

Overall love the stats, maps, options, etc. [*] Frustrating that it only supports Runtasic's own speed and cadence sensors - you already charge for the app - can I please use whatever sensors I choose? [*] On a 9 mile trip, Runtastic lost 2 miles, while other rider's apps showed 9. [*] Why doesn't it trigger my pebble watch display like the Regular Runtastic (Free) app?

Avevo letto brutte recensioni, ma usando da anni Runtastic pro, non credevo fosse possibile. Purtroppo ho dovuto constatare personalmente quanto questa app sia inaffidabile, nelle prime tre uscite ho avuto 4 problemi diversi. Ora anche se apparentemente funziona alla fine non calcola più le calorie. Samsung S5 aggiornatissimo. Se fosse possibile vorrei indietro i soldi, grazie. (per principio) Aggiornamento del 21-4-17: Dopo varie peripezie finalmente sembra funzionare tutto a dovere. La valutazione a 4 stelle è dovuta essenzialmente alla mancanza della possibilità di far girare la mappa in direzione di marcia come qualsiasi navigatore. Spero implementino presto.

The app at some point it doesn't keep tracking my position so it draw a straigth line from the last time it knew my position to my final point, there for it shows pretty less distance that I really did, very unhappy, I really would like a refund.

Features are ok. But even paid app keeps nagging about upselling offerings, rating, surveys,... in a disruptive way. It's annoying.

Works great, mapped my ride...but unhappy with loss of Google Earth feature that used to replay ride! Bring it back! ????

Desde a ultima actualizacao que se faço uma paragem a meio do percurso deixa de rastrear por onde vou, aparece como um linha recta. Outras vezes a aplicaçao desliga e deixa de contar. Tem sido de mal a pior...

Completa e integrazione con maps fantastica. Nuova versione è grandiosa, aggiunta registrazione dei picchi di velocità, precisa e combinata con la fascia cardio da il meglio di sé...ovviamente ci vuol uno smartphone di degno rispetto per godersela al meglio e apprezzarne ogni features. consigliata vale ogni euro speso

The app shows that I connected my cadence sensor, but it doesn't record any cadence. A little help please.

Installed to try it out, realized it wouldn't let me do that without filling in a binary gender and birth date, uninstalled.

One of the most effective apps for mountain biking I've used. Detailed and accurate navigation. Works great on Android wear as well.

Got it when it was free. Tracks the route well and I don't think there is problem with speed recorded. Pause and resume works fine.
