Runtastic Libra Weight Tracker for Android
Unreliable sync. Sometimes I need to wait half an hour. Waste of money buying the scale. Very disappointed.
I loved this app when using my Samsung s5. After upgrading to samsung s8+ I can't log in using my google+ account to retrieve my past weight measurements which were recorded over the last 4 months due to an error that asks me to check my network connection, I tried reinstalling the app but still the same. Please fix this issue so I can continue to enjoy and use this app as I find it very helpful! Thanks!
Was 5, but connections no longer work (i.e. neither Fit nor MyFitnessPal). Please update.
I don't have the option to add other users on this app? Plz assist
It worked at first but lately I can not get it to sync at all. When I step on it recognizes me. But then doesn't connect to phone. Super annoying. They haven't updated in so long and you pay so much for the scale that they really should have a working app. That's the point. If I wanted to write down my weight I would have bought a normal scale
I have the app and the scale. They sync perfect, although I'm the only one using it. I was expecting it would connect to data from other apps (from Runtastic or external). It doesn't know if I'm active or not. It doesn't give advise either. It just give you weight, keeps history and basic fat, muscle, etc percentages. There's lots to improve.
I've been using this app for three months and it works really well. However, when you exit the app, it is still connected to the scale so it's recommendable you close it manually. If you want to see your weight in Google fit you need an account of myfitnesspal: Libra syncs with myfitnesspal and myfitnesspal syncs with Google fit. I wish Libra could sync with Google fit directly very soon.
The scales obviously have a stone setting but for the life of me I can't access it? On the app it's only kg or lbs I'm used to using stone so can we have a stone option so I can get my libra to use that function please. 5* when sorted.
This app only works with the Runtastic Libra scale. The scale and app both work well, giving you awesome information about your body composition.
The app is not recognizing the scale 8 times out of 10 and I need to remove the scale and pair it again. Really really annoying. Please fix!!
Great, fast and nice to look at in combination with the libra. However sometimes the measurements are not logged in the history
A very good effort in helping people cope with their obesity and remain healthy. Keep on doing the nice job.
I recently bought a Runstastic Libra scale which I'm enjoying, pretty cool device but I'm still trying to integrate its results with my Fitness Apps & my wearable (Google Fit & S Health) & Samsung Gear S3. If I managed to get them all communication to each other I would give 5 stars.
It worked fine at first. After a month the sync just stopped working. Pointless to spend all this money on a premium scale that won't sux to my phone.
App fails to connect on Android 7. Other phone with Android 6 works just fine.
I can't afford to the scale. I keep track of my weight and all other measurements at work. I document my results through the app. I like it. From what I understand the scale doesn't any sync anyways.
Terrible if honest. No update since late 2015. App connection issues all the time. Wish I had chosen another scale. So frustrating.
The app stopped working on my phone. Contacted the developer for help and was referred to a generic FAQ. Asked for a ticket to be raised and never heard back from them.
It's been working well since July. Stopped sync since last month. I reinstalled app, did reset, changed batteries. Anyway it doesn't recognise me. And not connectibg to phone
I have my own scale and I expected to put all stat manually, but I can put only weight and fat. Overall is okay, a little bit confusing at first.
I agree with several other people about the app not synching with the scale. I have tried all combinatons of buttons amd nothing is working properly.
Accuracy and interface are great, but still lacks some features to be best in class: 1) Google Fit sync (Runtastic already has it, why not Libra?) and 2) ability to disable impedance measurements (already off when batery is low, why not also expose to user?)
It synchronised immediately and uploaded to my Web. Information usefull and informative. Happy with app and scalr
Constantly disconnects from Bluetooth from my tablet. Has syncing problems. Please fix app. We pay a lot of money for this scale.
This scale and it's app mostly work for the rest of my family, but for me it gives constant errors and stops working when it gets over 370 lbs. My wife bought this very expensive scale because it is supposed to work with people up to 400. In my doctor's office this week I was 369. Also, this app seems to believe that it is 2013, because we can't enter my 10 year old daughter's birhday. No dates more recently than today in 2003 are available.
I signed up in the app to get a PROPER reading as the one you get from skipping through is far from accurate, i initially had 3 incomplete sets of readings, on an uneven piece of floor so my weight was wrong, apparently i have no tissue, and after the 3 readings the app will not give me any readings appart from weight bmi and calories and with as little difference of 0.1kg the scales/app cannot recognise me so between recalibrations and resets still nothing. Sort it out!
I use the libra with my husband and only one of us manages to connect at the time. If my husband's phone syncs correctly, and connects correctly to the scale my phone stops syncing and connecting, and when I reset my phone and it works, his stops connecting. This is extremely frustrating and the product not worth the money. I also have a runtastic moments watch and it is great. I have been a premium runtastic user for a couple years and always have been very happy but buying libra was a mistake.
Today I buy Runtastic Libra.first time I can sync it very fast.but my dad and mom use app for check.I can NOT SYNC IT anymore...
I do like the app but the fact that the only supported partner app is MyFitnessPal is such a pitty. Please give us Google Fit integration. Thank you
I have the app and the scale.
Syncing the scale to the app worked sometimes before and stopped working at all some weeks ago. The scale does not recognize the person often. Neither reconnecting nor resetting worked. The app wants to read my locations my phone calls and my contacts. It's useless for me.
The app synchronization takes too much time if successful at all
Worked for a few days without problem, then BT syncing simply stopped working, have to repair/reset all the time. Integration missing with google fit, ifft etc. Also needs more modes of rendering the charts, the choice of what metrics to display on the default list (does only kgs + fat %) etc.
Took me a few times to get it working, but now after a reload it seems to be working good. When it works, it works great. App needs some optimization with connecting to scale. I thought it was scale at first (wouldn't connect), but after I reloaded the app it connected just fine. So far so good....
Make sync with scale available without runtastic login and I will give it one more chance.
I don't give 5 because it's not possible to add water percent and muscles measurements without ur scale
Since my wife connected my phone no longer pairs with the scales.
When first used it was great connected instantly after 2 weeks sropped connecting to scale and had constant in-app errors. Readings tend not to be steady either step on and it shows one weight step off and back on and different readings of up to 2kg either way is displayed.
Just wish it could synch with my Samsung Gear Watch.

Toutes les options de l'application ne fonctionnent pas dont l'historique des mesures... ce qui est assez fondamental pour ce genre d'application ! Fait d'ailleurs bugge le téléphone dès que l'historique est cliqué.
