This app allows you to share your location with friends and family very easily through SMS messages. Simply setup a phrase for your friends or family to text you and your phone will automatically start to find the best location it can and reply back to the text message with your location.
This is great for allowing loved ones to check up on you when you are not always able to answer/use your phone like when you are riding motorcycle, bicycling, or even running.
It also allows you to find your phone if it is lost or stolen and will do it all without a data connection.

I'd like to ask about security details related to this phone, because it works too well and when something works too well there's usually a flipside. And I kind of just stumbled across the app, so I only have 5 other star reviews and one that commented something rather un-deep. It's not %100 effective but I'm still testing it. Will rerate. Where location retrieval did fail was that I had used another app for location testing/retrieval, then on activating findMe got sent that last location, not the present one. I will test this again somehow but I've had trouble reproducing the error, maybe it was a bug that was already fixed.

Super useful for finding out where friends/loved ones are when they don't respond, or are busy. Also nice that I could use this if my phone is lost or stolen.
