Running Coach for Android
I have just gotten small glimpses of The Run Experience over the last few days. Not even a full-fledged member...yet. But let me tell you: I applied the techniques in the 1st week videos of the 2-week quick start program, and in ONE DAY, I ran pain-free! I have been battling acute plantar fasciitis, and have done several preliminary things to deal with it: stretching, ibuprofen, turmeric, chiropractic, compression sleeve, rolling...etc. I always suspected, though, that it was my mechanics that were flawed. So, yesterday, I applied some of Nate's suggestions regarding good stretching and range of motion exercises, some squats, and nose breathing and no sore feet afterward - and that's after 3 miles of run/walking! I am certainly encouraged and thoroughly optimistic. I believe The Run Experience addresses "the whole package" of running, and for that I am truly grateful. Excited to see all that this app has to offer!
Really good. This team have helped me so much with their app, video, fb page etc. So much great advice anout how to do things right. I've become a runner because of them! Thank you.
Easy to use, looks great, love having it all contained in one place so I can lose some of the emails/YouTube videos I've been saving. Best app/coaching for running (and ultimately keeping fit, strong, and mobile) period. Thanks guys!
Love it so far. It's so easier to access my training plans now. One suggestion is to maybe add search feature to help find specific info more easily. Or even add an interactive body where you can click on any part and it bring up any TRE content related to that part.
Awesome app...thank you guys for all your work helping to keep the running community injury free..or at least managing injury & making running not chore but a amazingly fun thing to do
This is fabulous. To have a complete app by runners for runners to help improve form, technique and injury prevention is great. It's free which really makes me feel that nate and his friends really want to help everyone. 5 stars great work.
ALL in one place. Pretty impressive! Havent come across an app to fix running issue n many more beyond that. Love this app!

The information and training tips by The Run Experience are incredible. Now having the ability to access that information on my phone, is nothing but a bonus. Now I can take the coaches outside with me when I do some of the exercises.

So much valuable info here! I wish I'd had this app 15 years ago, before improper training for a half marathon landed me with permanent nerve damage. Believe me, it's worth the extra effort to run smart and avoid injury!!
