Ratio

It' be nice to have a way to set preferences and be able to have everything measured in the unit of choice. The default is ounces and one has to change them individually. It's lacking in information about soups meats, etc. It could be a very good app if updated

This app hasn't had a update in literally 5 years, what's the high price of this app for?..this is the most expensive app I've bought for a mediocre product. it's helpful for anyone who loves to cook, i Would love To see mother sauces added, Beurre blanc sauces, ice cream bases, meat brines, cures, etc. And an update

I enjoy this app. It provides a quick reference to the ratios used in baking that you can quickly recalculate to fit your needs. It also provides other tips such as mixing order, times, oven temps, etc. Whoever made the comment about measuring eggs by weight or volume obviously hasn't read any serious books about baking. To bake optimally, you weigh all of your ingredients.

Works great on my Droid X. They fixed a bug within 24 hours of my report, as well.

It's a great app, it has everything it promises. But the content and flexibility is quite limited, I expected so much more. Still unique and very helpful.

The book this is based on is great. This app will be an oft used tool. Wouldn't it be cool to package the two together as a promo? Thanks very much for your body of work, you are an inspiration to actual cooks and to aspiring writers as well. Oh, and compliments to the folks who put up the app.

Please add the ability to convert from/to quarts.

I guess it's a good starting point, but we need to be able to add our own recipes and ratios. Different scenarios require different hydratiin levels.

Never opens on LG Ally. Have re-installed numerous times. Force closes 100% of time. Ripoff.

Works fine, but I'm kind of bummed that we're not likely to see an update to bring it up to par with the iOS version, especially considering the relatively high price of the app.

People probably won't get what this app is for if they haven't read the book it is based on, but if u have its a great way to put it into practice

A great concept, but unable to create your own ratios. Can't justify the price given the limited nature.

Love it! Would be nice if salt weight was included in more than just the bread ratio/recipe. Ie: quiche dough, biscuits, etc

A good start, but needs additional features, especially ability to create/customize your own ratios. Looking forward to updates!

Useful, but to be indispensable, needs to show yield (e.g., # of cookies) as the iPhone app does.

I use it all the time. Perfect for figuring out how to throw together a quick pasta or pie. Please update for jelly bean so I can use it again!
