CBOR Conversion Calculator

This is a native Android version of the Claims Based Outcomes Reporting Conversion Calculator. This is much like the official app, but ***doesn't*** require a data connection. This is a fast speedy app for all android devices. This is the first version and I wrote it in a day, I will update to add more features soon, but this has all 95 functional assessments from the MediServe Website. If you find any mistakes, please let me know and I'll correct them immediately.
