SkinVision - Skin Cancer Detection App for Android
Can someone give me a contact for support, I've changed my password numerous times and I can't get back in!!!!!!!!
Camera does not work for me, focus is said to be unavailable or error
Skinvision was easy to use with automatic reassurance. Also good advice to follow up any concerning images.
Great way to do a Mole scan, it confirmed what the doctor found. Had procedures done yesterday to remove three spots. Use this App to check any suspicious looking moles.
Five pictures of same mole. Three assessments high risk and two low risk. Pictures all very similar. Go to doctor if your worried.
Kept on asking me too say position of mole or if any hairs and no where to put the info
Camera blank
Worked great while I was trialing this but as soon as I bought the 1 year plan a couple of weeks ago the camera went black (it works outside of the app as normal) also ive noticed that my 1 yr plan is more like an 8 month ones it ends Jan 2018. I sent message via feedback a few weeks ago and haven't got a response .... not even the UV feature is working... very disappointed
This app is fantastic. I was sceptical at first as to the accuracy of the technology but on using it, the app detected a high risk mole that I have which alerted me to act accordingly with my dermatologist. The user friendly content and explanations are also very clear and informative. This is a must have app for anyone concerned about a mole or skin lesion and also for those to be vigilant on any skin changes. Laura x
Rubbish app. Kept crashing when I was trying to buy credits. Didn't receive the credits but still charged me. Even charged me for years subscription which I was told didn't go through. Have sent 3 emails to customer services to get refund with no reply. Been charged over £36 for credits not received AVOID!!! I am fuming. On maternity leave so money is tight anyway. Have deleted app... Will never use again. Rubbish customer service....
Rubbish - took a picture of a mole easily when it allowed me to use "manual mode" for the "mole log" section of the app. Paid for a credit to assess the mole and then realised I could not use the photo I had already taken for the assesment. I opened the assessment part of the app and tried to take a photo, the camera in this part of the app only lets you take photos in automatic mode (no manual option like before), I had the camera pointed central at the mole and it was clear for ages and the app would not take a photo! Don't waste your time. Refunded by Google.
Promises a lot but the camera doesn't work on my phone. Since I read in reviews many people have the same problem the makers should enable pic selection from gallery. Uninstalling.
Couldn't even get it to take a photo!! I can take a picture of the moon! But not my own mole!! Waste of time.
Ik vind het advies goed. Het was duidelijk en het was voor mij ook duidelijk wat de volgende stap is. Complimenten voor de mooie dienst!
Helps me monitor my skin and gives me peace of mind. Tha ks!
The camera was just black and I wasn't even covering it
Amazing app! A must have for everybody that is concerned with the health of their skin
It is a very helpfull application.
I was hoping I could use this but the phone Im using doesn't have the proper requirements, which is upsetting because I don't know if I will develop Melanoma or not. Please support all camera qualities, people really need to use this app.
The app does not recognize my camera. I have 1080p and he tells me that is not enough. The error is stupid and frustrating.
Couldn't get the damn thing to authorise my new password. Went through the steps of resetting 3 times but each time I tried to sign back in it said unauthorised.
Stupid app, same camera problem as reported by others. Using Samsung Galaxy S5 mini
Doesn't work and probably steals personal information.
Unable to get an analysis to occur - disappointed
doesn't actually work
Brilliant idea... however, it will not assess. I have 9 credits but cannot use them. I am using a samsung s6...On automatic I cannot get it to "focus" even though it is clear and it never takes a picture, if I use use it on manual and take the picture you cannot get assessed
plenty of bugs. I have internet connection(4g), but it says bad gateway. try to archieve photo, app crashes. camera is not able to focus automatically. it has a could intention, but app quality is poor.
The idea of it is nice, and I'm quite concerned about my skin, but since my camera is, if you believe this app, not meeting the requirements, it doesn't allow me to actually do something useful with this app. Really unhelpful since my camera is still quite detailed
The assesment is based on the answers you give to the questions, not on the actual image. Smells like bullshit to me.
S7 edge user. 502 bad gateway error after finishing the assesment. No result no analisys. Pointless app if no change made
Has you take a photo, ask me lots of questions and then fail to give me any results. Kept coming up error. Waste of my time. Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
Cannot correctly detect phone hardware! Says my camera does not meet the minimum requirements (1080 p) That is not true.
Nu pot folosi aplicatia. Nu ma pot loga. Imi da eroare "Bad gateway".
The app throws a 'Bad Gateway' error as soon as you open it and suddenly shuts down
Saying my camera isn't supposed!! I Use a Samsung j7..
Really easy to use. Great for peace of mind. Would definitely recommend using this app prior to booking an appointment with your GP.
Could just take photos of your moles to track the changes. No point in this app
Have to jump through hoops just to use. Its quicker to see my g.p

Skinvision app works very well as an initial indication of any possible problematic skin lesions. The app identified two high risk spots on my wive's arms. During a consultation at her dermatologist they were considered benign and were treated with liquid nitrogen. The app obviously does not replace the dermatologist but including the Skinvision evaluation service it is a valuable method to assist in an early detection of any skin cancer problems.
