It's is really a awesome app

This app is not working at all. I am unable to register here and whatever I try to do, it automatically takes me out of the app. If I am willing to practice theory test, I am unable to choose the option too as my answer. This is a good initiative by RTA, however would request to update the app and make it user-friendly and solve the errors so it is convenient for all.

Great app! Very convenient to pay for parking but it takes too much time to load all the data. The notification system is weird, whenever i open the app to pay for parking a few minutes later it repeatedly notifies me of the amount of fine i have to pay. I get the same notification for like 4-5 times in a minute.

The permissions that this app needs are unacceptable we are forced to use it in Dubai to pay parking and it requires access to phone logs. Why?

Don't take this app serious. Extremely unreliable. Will ditch you and keep loading and loading for hours when you need it most. Keep other options on all the times.

Requires too many permissions, wants access to everything, phone calls, browsing history, etc. Not acceptable.

Requires too many permissions which are highly suspect. app is too big and clunky to do any of the massive list of things well

Most of the time ap does not work or miss behaves. Recently i got a fine even the parking fees was pais using the app.

Horrible! If at all my Salik is less than 10 Dhs , the amount of reminders this app gives is pathetic....

Parking needs to some more works is not ready yet, kindly check new JLT parking area define

Not responsive, very faulty, parking on friday is free however it charges u and gives u the duration on saturday! It open by itself on my phone!

If there is minus 1 stars I'll put it. Since 2 days I'm trying to replace my lost driving license but never worked. The first 3 steps are done but when I go to the 4th step for payment, it gives error check ur connection. Even the chatonline told me check ur connection. It seems RTA doesn't know anything except the word check your connection. Really?? For 2 days and 2 phones the same problem.. what a disgrace!!

Most of time this app does not respond

This app actually helped me in managing the parking tkts. Before i was paying thru SMS. And, this way it is lot more easy to locate the Zone and paying from the account balance. ????????????

Only for Dubai license plate cars. It would be more useful if I could pay for parking for any car plate from any Emirate.

Lovin the app. Makes my life easy when it comes to paying parking tickets.

Can check the license expiry and traffic fines also info on nearest bus stop or metro stations, nice.

I think app needs to some more important improvement.app should also show the remaining black points.
