Servers are very slow they can't even handle login request.

The App is very slow and always asking for log in and password. not convenient. Smart parking before was way better than this..Please do the needful. I wont be using this app anymore. waste of time!

Extremely slow app. Everytime i have to enter my username and password. And takes too much time to load. Everytime i need to put a parking ticket, i spend atleast 5 mins on this app. Not at all practical.

This application is a must needed app and it doesn't work as it required. Each time need to login even if we select the remember me option. While about to extend the parking ticket the app gets stuck and we have to do it manually via SMS. Need tons of improvement UI wise and as well the app development wise.

This app can't maintain sessions. Askin user name password all the time. Not practical as a parking​ app.

App asking to login every time. No option to save user name and password. Also takes long time to login after entering the credentials. Not user friendly.

Too slow. Does not save plate information. Does not stay signed in.

New update is really bad. And the timer of the parking is pathetic. Because i pay for 1 hour parking and after 10 minutes the timer showing i have only 30 minutes to exipre. Then i extend and it was showing the wrong extension time. Payless application.

This new update is not able to sign me in... and the parking app takes so much time to load.... Dear RTA please get the Smart Parking app again into action.

This could be a great app to serve its purpose if it will not ask for login every time I open it and then if it will login in 1st attempt.

It is illogical every time to ask for the username and the password to log in. Please fix it and add the remember me button

You deleted the application that was only dedicated for parking to come up with this complex app. Keep this and create one for parking I wish I can lower your rating

Slow, difficult to use and when you're in a hurry to park and pay, don't trust this app to launch in time. Hit and miss, many times will get stuck on the main red screen. If you get a call in the middle and go back to the app, it starts from scratch. All progress lost. Pathetic.

Wasted an hr trying to get the compulsory upgrade from parking app to work. Why do we need all this other gunk on there. Just make a parking lite app and keep things simple. This made me unhappy and it hangs on the red splash screen ):

I tried login in and pay for parking. Its 45 Minutes now still same.. " Not able to login" Spending almost 1 or 2 hour in search of parking, now have to spend 1 hour for paying parking fees. Almost spending 3 hours in a day for parking . Its worst

This app either hangs on the red be safe screen at beginning or forever trying to access the log in screen. It worked in beginning and was able to register my details. Now it never works and cannot use smart parking. The old smart parking app worked perfectly until it was disabled by RTA on 26/12/16. Why replace good app with this RTA Drivers and Vehicles app when there are still many bugs in the software.

I am not able to pay direct debit to top up my parking service. It's only showing white screen. The stand alone parking service is good. When you included parking in this app it's a big nightmare.

Bring the old application back. This one is having a trouble connecting to the server for the last 4 days. I gave up on it. For God sake, test the apps before releasing them.

Shouldn't have changed the smart parking app. This integrated app hasn't been developed well. Takes ages to open the app. The password isn't always saved. The parking zone selection is pathetically slow. It will take you 5 minutes to pay for a parking as opposed to 20 seconds in the previous app. Abysmal

It was working fine but after the update in last month, the app started hanging and always logs out if the account. Logging in again takes ages ND some time doesn't work. Request to roll back the update.

Why did you have to cancel the parking app. I can never get this one to work, i have to restart the app 4-5 times every hour to get the parking to work. Please make the parking application standalone again. This is horrible.

Parking facility in this app is very bad and slow.. Smart parking app was perfect and they removed it. Now parking in this takes ages to load.. Sometimes doesnt work too

Developers should improve the parking services. Now for parking, this application kills our time and money unnecessarily. Please bring back old parking application or develop a new dedicated parking application as majority of the users are concerned only about the parking.

This does not login, i had issues on my phone, to be sure i tried a couple of phones android and iphone, even a few emulators on the pc. It simply wont work. I wrote to ask and the immediately reply was it does not support my android version, so ive send them the all the versions ive tried, and no response after.

The integrated app for parking takes forever to load the zones. The old app was much efficient. Whats the use of having recently used zones when it takes the same time loading all the zones.

The App is not stable at all. I guess there is no quality assurance done on the app prior to release for users. Tapping the back button works very weird. It is a useful app, however I think the usability must be improved. It does not align to the material design used by Google. I also believe salik should be completely integrated into this app and not a separate app - I should be able to see my history and top up my salik AC using the credit card. Also I find it very inconvenient that I have to login every single time I want to access the services. Just have a remember me option where once selected will not ask the customer for the password (there is way too many passwords to be remembered) or else if u want users to authenticate use options like fingerprint that is available in most smart phones.

It was working very nice before the last updating .. but after I update it .. start hanging even I can't sign in to my account

This app hangs a lot at start up. It also log you out often and you have to log in almost everytime you open this app.

The app is getting hanged and and not able to pay for parking it is getting lot of time to open the app. This app has to be improved.

I am not able to top up parki g account. Facing tvis issue since last update.

Very slow. Frequently shows wrong times for parking countdown. Takes a long time to load data. Disappointing.

Very slow. Hangs everytime you try. Very bad upgrdae to earlier parking app. Unable to use it.

Application is not user defined and hanging frequently , need at least 15 minutes to make one payment. Overall, it's a waste. ....

This app is a problem and waste of time, very poorly developed hangs and crashes ... Sad?
