Big room for improvement.so simple . Notifications are almost non existent except for breaking news. I wish you take some note from Google play news app .

Using it for quite some time now... Giving often different perspective. Appreciate it!

It's perfect at the moment,had some problems with the new updates but the way I see it's been sorted,...regarding need the best I can find around compared with the rest,..loads of documentaries regarding diferent subjects which u won't see anywhere in western media and loads more ...defenetly would advise to anyone ....

I give this such a low rating because it constantly crashes I've even had it on two different Android phones. Now I click any article and it brings up the now breaking article. It's gotten worse with time. I'm done. I like RT but this app really sucks. I wish it would work correctly.

Great app, but has a bug that needs to be fixed - when there is a breaking news after reading it whatever news I click on I get breaking news opened again.

A perfect complement to AP for getting both sides of a story, with less obvious bias than from most mainstream 'Western' news channels.

RT is the gold standard of journalism. I have been an RT fan for over 8 years because no one reports the facts better than they do. Ignore the lies about them being Russian propaganda. The u.s. government and MSM lie so, much and so often, the only propaganda RT needs to spread to make them look bad is the actual truth. The app's user interface is great! Very easy to navigate and the app works very smoothly, no bugs or glitches that I have noticed. I highly recommend.

Try to remember where the news is coming from. This app helps you understand what the Russian people are subjected to and why many Russians think like they do. Seems lots of people reviewing this app actually believe what they're reading from RT. If they genuinely do then words fail me, I've been to Russia many times and my partner is Russian so I think I'm in a better position than most to advise caution when using RT as a news source...look elsewhere too for a balanced view...

I'm pretty open minded, politically. However, after having used RT for several months I've concluded that it's impartiality is questionable. You notice quickly that there's never a story that shows Russia in a negative light, but are quick to focus on the inadequaticies of other countries. Lastly, Crimea is part of the Ukraine, and not Russia. As RT would like to have us think, based on their own geographical representations.

In Holland our TV provider was UPC, they shut down Russia Today & CCTV English language Chinese news channel. RT & CCTV were shown on their sites as being available in Holland. After 6 months I could watch again on TV RT & Chinese news CCTV. The RT app was what I used to get a unbiased view on the world. Until the last update there were no problems. Now I have problems bookmarking tabs. The bookmark icon when over a link will register the link being press rather than the bookmark. Thanks.

RT is one of my favorite news sources, this app until recently (02/2017) had always been reliable and easy to use. Unfortunately it doesn't work on my phone anymore, I still get push notifications of various headlines but I can't read the articles because the app says the server is down. Idk if it's my phone or the government.

RT is my go-to source for international news and news programming. I love the content and the presentation. I have this app on both my tablet and phone. I rarely use the app to stream RT Live as it eats up my bandwidth and doesn't stream smoothly. I use my web browser instead and select a lower quality feed. I would like to request that the app allow me to change the quality of the feed to better suit my internet capabilities. With exception to that one "flaw" I love this app and will continue to use it daily! Keep up the great reporting!

I have always like RT and this app makes it more convenient to get the latest news, but recently, most probably after an update the app became erratic, i still get push notifications, but when i try to open it the app just doesn't display anything. It keeps loading and loading. Even if i open it manually the same thing happen, images in feed doesn't load and when i try to read the news, nothing. Please fix this, thank you.

Regarding the app: Great app, except for the fact that you cannot post and/or view comments. Regarding the news: There's a different spin on many stories compared to our (western) media and there are some stories that would never be broadcast by "our" media since they go against the EU commission's worldview. A+ for diversity of news and information.

This is the Kremlin controlled propaganda channel masquerading as news. Should be popular in the age of President Chump, the man who owes money to Russian oligarchs & is Putins puppet. Fake news at its best. You'll never see them criticize Russia

I love the news, i hate the app. Back button (top left) never works. Instead of taking me back to the menu and list of news, it shows me the previous news i read, or crashes, which is preferred. I have to force close the app and restart to see the list. Starting app from notification manu shows previous "breaking news" and not the last one App crashes often when reading news Anyways, quality news well overrates lagging app. Thanks

You can't trust any news media now a days with their constant bias promotion of war on sovereign states and distorting the true facts that happen on the ground. Thanks to RT, the real truth of events unfolding around the world is being told giving the viewers the real side of the story than that of other major media outlets that give a distorted picture of events in order to promote a certain agenda. RT news is one of the bests professional news media in the world.

A lot of people saying about RT being impartial. BBC is exactly the same as are many other main stream news channels. This one is by far my favourite though always has something worthwhile reading and has links to great documentaries aswell.

Good news source. It's very refreshing to have an alternative to the mainstream propaganda that most people are spoon fed. However, it doesn't always work that well, and on Tuesday it stopped working completely, just giving me a message saying there's a server or network problem. I've not been able to see any articles on it now for three days.

All the mainstream outlets are nothing but editorials. No longer news reporting, only editorializing. Pre-digested, opinion injected, hack jobs. RT is one of the last real news outlets. Get the info, make up your own mind...the way news should be. Thanks RT.

The best news app/source I've ever had. A way to get away from the typical and boring American news cycle. Rt is so wordly, on point and informative. The only thing lacking, I really wish they'd develop a radio mode and an Xbox app.

Terrible app for an excellent non-propaganda news portal, because it keeps crashing to no end. In the rare event it starts up, things are smooth. Been trying every version in all Android versions, but so far the experience remains the same - the app crashes while starting up.

I've watched them all. Fox CNN BBC Al-jazeera ABC NBC etc... RT's journalistic standards are impeccable. Stories are interesting and truthful. Great job RT! You are my go to news source.

It is only good in that it provides news stories that might not be present in western news outlets, but it is incredibly bias. I know western news can be bias too, but this is on a whole new level. If 0 is totally unbiased and 10 is north Korea's news service, the cnn is around 3 towards the west's ideals, while Russia is around 7 to itself. Seriously, it rarely says a bad word about itself (while in the west, the BBC is constantly criticising the UK government), and while it may report criticism from other countries, the articles attack the criticism by using quotes from the Kremlin and military officials, who OF COURSE are going to be in favour of the Russian government!! It's so stupid

Some people blame RT for being Pro Russian channel and that all the news are tailored to criticise West, but it's clearly not the case. It's very neutral news channel that sheds more light and truth to our current world affairs, than any other channels today. Very informative and details highlights of what's happening in the world of politics today.

Adjusted my rating from 5* to 4*, RT is my main go to source for news, but the recent app update ruined the Latest news tab, no matter which news you open it always opens up either the top news or the breaking news! Don't fix what is not broken please, fix the Latest tab!

I have been using the app for almost couple years, it constantly crashed , but I have a Question to RT news team, DON'T YOU HAVE A GOOD DEVELOPERS TO FIX THIS BUG ???? IF YOU REALLY CAN'T FIND I CAN RECOMMEND SOME!!!!!!

The RT News App developers do not respond to comments essential to the function of the app. Not even an automated response to say we will get in touch at a later date or something.

I like RT news ,it gives us different perspective of news and please fix the issue with Chromecast so we can enjoy RT at our TV thanks.
