In case you did not already know, this application is part of the service on certain devices - such as Alcatel smartphones, phablets and tablets - that allows customer service agents to remotely access your device and "see" what the problem is... It works pretty well, too! In fact my only complaint, is why aren't Sony using this service (or an equivalent)?

All of them didn't work for my tablet Lenovo that is KitKat 4.4.2, I hate it, this is the only thing that I can use but now, no I can't, pls, add a plug in for Lenovo, I'd love it, I'll be waiting for my YouTube Channel
