3. Engage in real-time video support.
4. Close the application once video support session has ended.

dont understand..not for general population i think. also i dont get any 6 digit number to enter in dialpad and app does not go back to start page to start from beginning. Wont comment good or bad as i havent been able to use..but app seems bit fussy.
