App is decent when it works great. Nothing groundbreaking but good to compared to other mobile banking for banks in this area. However just as people from a year ago have stated, app often kicks you right back to loading screen saying logged put for inactivity

Okay, so I had problems with this app for my security questions because I had an extra space after the answer. I got it fixed, and this app works perfectly! When my card was stolen, this app helped me moniter and freeze my account as soon as the thief stole from me. I'm very happy with it, it's a great app.

Doesnt work half the time. Been sitting here for 8 hrs and no log in screen. No message as to why either!

Worked wonderfully before...bow every time I log in it IMMEDIATELY logs my out "due to inactivity". In order to fix it I have to erase all the app data and completely redo my account setup.

Used this app for a couple of years and liked it until now. The app did a duplicate credit card payment. They need to fix the bug that caused it. Luckily my local bank was able to fix it. I will be making payments in person from now on. Beware and always check your accounts after making payments.

For some time now I have been unable to log in from my cell except from wifi. I just got the app again and its still a charlie foxtrot.

Haven't been able to log in for 3 updates now. Just pops up an error saying session terminated due to inactivity. Even over Wi-Fi.

It logs you in but the slightest minor signal issue and it claims logged out because of inactivity even if you hadn't fully been logged in. Not only that but I can't even access the online site with my browser anymore for whatever weird reason. Fix this crap.

This app is horrible, very rarely works. Complete waste of time and space. Needs to be fixed but never will be. I wish I could rate negative stars

App for Android is awful! Takes 10 minutes just to login. Please make it more like the iPhone app!

This app is so easy to use and it's friendly for all ages it is a wonderful asset to the credit union.

It took three login attempts to even get a response from the app and to the "security code" screen. Also, sometimes it shows the security code, sometimes it doesn't. And when I finally did get to the screen to authenticate my device, there was no question! Just an answer space. I'll just stick to the desktop version.

It never let's me log in unless I am on wifi. I'll have 4G service and type in my user name and password and it will take me straight to the login screen afterwards everytime. I use to have this app on an iPhone and never had a problem. This problem really needs to be addressed!

Can't log in most of the time. Just this viscous circle of different log on screens. Uninstalling. Rather use website which is just as bad sometimes but nothing like this.

Actually works. Previously gave it one star due to poor performance, but since the app has been reworked, it gets 5 from me.

Worst banking app. I love the bank but I'm tempted to switch banks just because of the app is so terrible. It makes me login 10 to 15 times and then I'll be lucky to even get in. Apps like these are supposed to make things easier, this one definitely does not.

The interface has definitely improved. The design is also more appealing. Thank you for the updates
