BJJ No Gi Essentials for Android
Not only are the instructions very well presented, the angles and options provided if the primary move fails is highly useful. Great especially for beginners and intermediate BJJ folks.
Step by step instructions, clearly articulated, easily implemented into your Bjj game.
I had troubles with this app on my G Slate tablet but it works great on my phone! Roy's articulation of concepts is impressive. Highly recommend this app.
Downloaded this with very high expectations as I have a few of Roy's DVDs. This app closes unexpectedly and I havent been able to enjoy the app. Im using a Samsung G Slate tablet and perhaps this is the reason for my woes but needless to say I regret spending 25 dollars on this app.
Professor Roy Dean is one of the best technical teachers of BJJ. A lot of instructors teach only "their" Jiu Jitsu... meaning they teach you what works for them, not necessarily what works in general. Roy Dean provides an "all aspects" approach giving any practitioner tools and tips that will enhance their game. This is NOT a McDojo BJJ app. If you want to increase your arsenal of techniques and tighten up your game, add this app to your repertoire! Great app!

This app is okay but as far as breaking down the basic, high percentage moves, it just doesnt compare to the Grapplearts ones. I bought Stephen Kestings 'Sweeps', 'Sub Defences' and 'Submissions' apps and find them a lot more useful in gaining requisite knowledge from, as well as structured in a very user friendly way. Buy both if you like but Grapplearts wins hands down if it was a choice of one or the other.
