Professor Roy Dean is one of the best technical teachers of BJJ. He uses precise language and provides intricate details that are often left out by lesser instructors. Roy Dean does not give you the "Oh you'll figure it out one day" kind of instruction. You get concise and solid technique right from the beginning that can be used immediately! Great videography, superb detailed layout of each technique, and genuine instruction that will help shape both your mental and physical BJJ game. Great app!
