I can't to use, not load pic, I top up 1 card. Thanks
been using for a while - it asked me to log in again - not accepting my password (I've probably forgotten it). tried the reset option but no text comes through. help! can't find any way to contact people for help. 20 quids worth of credits unusable + soon to be disappointed 5year old who's not going to get any postcards. HELP
Really like the quality of the delivered cards and the fact that they come in an envelope. Great value as well.
Doesn't work on rooted devices
won't run, crashes instantly
Hi, this is a greatest idea ever! I was so excited to send pictures for my elderly loved ones easy, without going to post. But, paying with payal doesn't work. Finally paid with card and it keeps crashing when I try to make or attach a photo. Well I wait a week to allow to improve it, but if it won't work, I'll need my money back.
Hey Royal Mail, want my money back, can't contact support unless you have unique number which can't get due to crashing! Avoid! After this review I have had been contacted and had money refunded.
The app crashes quite a bit. Still, I managed to send 4 postcards - seems its more stable when you choose a photo from your gallery instead of taking it within the app. One big request I have - make international cards available. Ofc they would cost more, but I'd still love to have them. Also if the app could not log me out everytime I open it, that would be great.
I think this is such a great idea. Such a shame that the text code to confirm my mobile number never arrives. And no way to tell you. I was really looking forward to sending my mum photos from my upcoming trip to South Africa. Now it will have to be real postcards. So disappointing.
Great idea this, but the app is completely utterly useless. Currently in the process of a PayPal claim to get back my money spent on 'credits'. The app crashes at nearly every stage, make it impossible to actually use. Yes the app really is as bad as every other reviewer says it is! Would have thought a big company like Royal Mail would have tested the app before release! Give me my money back please Royal Mail!
App either doesn't load or it crashes when trying to send item
What is a rooted device? I've got a bogs standard HTC one s! Very disappointed
Easy to use app, super easy to setup. Went from installing to ordering within a minute!! Got the postcard delivered on time as per the confirmation email. The wife is very happy with the surprise :-)
I bought £5 credit which showed up on the top for 10 mins and then it disappeared?? Ripped right off!!!
Why? It doesn't stop any form of code analysis that anyone threatening would actually perform.
Just badly made in every way. Stick to delivering next doors mail through my letterbox!
Couldn't even buy any credits as the app repeatedly crashed.
