A simple app to show the contacts that are marked "Send calls directly to voicemail" in the contact info.
(Contact -> View Contact [click the contact] -> Menu -> Options -> Incoming calls)
Also provide a link to the contact by just click it.
This app is aimed to prevent you from blocking contacts accidentally.

I have the Droid 3 and it works beautifully! Like someone stated before you need to go to the conact info, press menu, and then go to options not edit

Stay black is becoz you don't have blocked contact. This app wont help you block, instead just show who you are blocked.
