Awesome to finally have a plug.dj app! Will give 5 stars once you can see other people in a lobby rather than just the chat and video as well as having music keep playing after phone is put to sleep. Other than that, definitely better than running the plug.dj website in a flash browser to take it on the go, super happy!

I love plug dj but the app on android is garbage. I can't add friends, create my own community, view my own profile, change my avatar, get a new avatar. You would think they would have all these basic functions available before they released the app. Maybe I'm missing something?

Its great, glad to see plug making a recovery, just sucks having to rebuild out opd community. Also to fix the youtube problem, perhaps you could intergrate yt red subscriptions. Would encourage users to pay for yt red and still be on plug because of soundcloud.

Works great! Glad to see the app up and running. My only two gripes are that you can't see who else is in the room with you or lock your phone. I'd like to be able to listen while using other apps.

So far so good, but there is a few additions the app needs. For one you need to make the app capable of running in the background so your tablet or phone can still be used normally while the songs still play, for second it needs to have the ability to sign out so someone isn't zombieing in a room and they don't realize it, for third it needs to have the tilt option for landscape, and if you are use to Plug like I am you also need to make the app capable of the user being able to create and select playlists. So far the app only allows you to use the default list you last played via the browser. Other than all that good job! I look forward to future upgrades!

No background functionality means it's going to be an unsuccessful app. Seriously? It's 2017 and you think someone is going to use your MUSIC app and just keep it in the foreground the whole time? Damn. Yall disappointed me with this.

Have been using plug.dj as a means of background gaming music since 2013 and this makes me even happier to see that Plug.dj has finally released mobile applications to further increase the popularity of this amazing masterpiece! Keep up the good work!

Glad that there's finally an app for this! Most of everything works well. Just wish the music didn't stop playing when I go to switch playlists. Also, an option for creating your own community would be wonderful. Other than that, it's great.

So glad the mobile version is finally out but a way for this to become perfect would be to add background play if at all possible. This would make me use the app every day

You need to add functionality so that music can run in the background like Spotify

This app is good but it would be handy to be able to run the music in the background so you can do something whilst listening to it other than that it's a good app and it's good that they finally made the app! Xox

Of course it can't run in background it uses youtube and youtube hates to think its used for background anything thus no running in background

Amazing. Very functional and almost all the abilities Plug.DJ has on a desktop. Great app from a great company.

Yay, there's an app. now! First time using it, and I can say I'd really wish you could see the room list. Can't see who is tuning in! Also, it'd be nice to be able to close the app. and still hear the music. Other than that, it's solid!

Update review: App can launch, but I'm unable to log in with my account. It's getting there but it's still got some work to do.

Yes I'm so happy you finally did this I've been waiting for a plug.DJ app since back when it was updated. I'm sure this will bring a lot of people back to the site :). Only issue sadly is that whenever I try to open the app it just gives me an error saying plug has stopped working. Please fix this problem soon before it becomes a major problem for people. I still gave you five stars though just on the fact that I love plug, and have been with it since 2012 :). -Edit YES thank you the app now works just fine on my phone. :3

I read that YouTube was going to allow audio playback while the screen was off. Plug.dj devs should implement that into this app. Btw, greeting from The Reddit Core Community. Edit: it seems that off screen playback works

Great app

Great app for first day release! As many people have said, please add an option to let your screen be off and still play music. Also, an option to just play audio would be amazing to reduce the amount of data used. I would love to use this app at a party, by letting others join in and play their own tunes over the speakers. <3 Keen to see what updates come out in the future! Works perfectly on a Samsung S5.

Perfect app, really liked it, I would love if it played audio in the background, but yet again, its been out for less than a day. Hope it keeps growing, Godspeed.

Been waiting for this app for a while and im glad it finally came out. It's a lot of fun to use but it seems to crash a lot on my device. I hope that they fix that so i can enjoy the app to its fullest extent.

Great start! Some things I would definitely like to see in future updates would be being able to see who is in the room at a given time, using emojis, and being able to use the app in the background or while the screen is turned off. Other than that, excellent work, it's been worth the wait!

I been waiting a long time for this, but it won't let me DJ. I go to my community but when you hit click to DJ it doesn't work. Please fix this!!!!

It doesn't work on the version of KitKat(4.4.2) that the acer A1-810 uses, but it was just a test I have a newer tab to use

The app works great for me, missing some features but this is a great place to start! Highly recommend it for listening and chatting.
