So far NOT so good... Works slow if at all. Once you click your route, it's hard to tell which bus is the bus you're trying to locate. Needs lots of work. As one review said, try to get an idea from Transit app or MARTA app

The app is constantly shutting down and requiring a reinstallation. Often times it gets stuck in a loop and shows that my bus status is a 120 minute wait. It is a great idea, but the app is not functionally sound. Please fix it soon!!!!

You choose a route, a time, and a stop, just to be presented with a map and the message "no busses in the next 120 minutes" -- well, I frigging knew that already because it's 9 am and I was interested in riding the bus in the afternoon. All I wanted was to see a schedule. Way to waste f'n money, Georgia.

The only good thing about this app is that it shows you how late your bus is everyday. This isn't real time it's their schedule time which is a huge difference when dealing with GRTA.

For the first month it was good. Now its never accurate! It shows the scheduled time the same as the predicted time which is the furthest thing from the truth!

It is only useful if the actual bus location is represented. Totally useless without this feature. Don't waste the memory on your phone.

Does not show where a bus is, does not provide next arrival. It's useless.

Works half the time. There have been times when I am literally IN the bus and yet the app says there are no upcoming rides.

Only gives info based on bus schedule not actual info. Bus was 20 mins late yet app said bus had arrived. No real time updates. Uninstalled.

Get error message too often.

They need to update the app.

The bus driver stops in Burger King every morning and arrives to her sugarloaf mills post late. I spoke to a route supervisor and he don't care told me he can't do anything when people have to use the bathroom. I'm like use the bathroom at home!!!!! Use the bathroom earlier. What is more important, the quality and standard of being on time or allowing bus drivers to be late ALL THE TIME BECAUSE THEY EAT BREAKFAST AT BURGER KING EVERY MORNING. The 410 to Lindberg arrives late everymorning. Even in the rain.

This is OK. Very clunky to use. It doesn't have an option to show me next buses arriving my location. No late bus alerts. They should take a look at "The Transit App" for design ideas. Or at least provide the GPS feed to them to display in their app.

It looks like this app is nothing more than a skin for the RouteShout service, showing only the GRTA routes. That would be fine, except it means the app suffers from the same problems as the RouteShout web interface: poor data. Whether the problem lies with RouteShout, or with GRTA getting its data to the RouteShout servers (as is claimed at the bottom of the RS website and the myXpress app), tracking of buses is weak, at best. Provided that a user can actually get route information from the app, the arrival times are not very accurate. More often than not, however, no data is able to be received from the service. If one tries searching by route, often nothing loads. If one tries searching by stop, frequently a message will be displayed saying that there are no buses arriving at that stop in the next 120 minutes. An app like this is sorely needed, but the current implementation is severely lacking. Hopefully GRTA can implement something better in the near future. If so, I'll revisit my review.

Seriously? So you are advertising your new app all over the busses but the thing doesn't even work. Typical. Downloaded, installed, tried to open and Web page unavailable comes up, then uninstall and re-download and re-install only to get message that your tomcat server is messed up.

Downloaded app after getting on bus 10 mins ago and it's still saying Error, webpage not responding with a lot of codes...uninstalling now

I wanted so much to like this app. I gave it two weeks, and I just can't take it anymore. Route 418 loads very slowly when it loads at all, and then after waiting for it to load, or about half the time to time out the times are not accurate. I have seen it say that 418 will arrive in 5 minutes. I check 5 minutes later no change. I check again 5 minutes later. Still shows 5 minutes. The bus finally comes, and the app still says you guessed it the bus will be here in 5 minutes. This is unreliable and useless

I kept spelling express instead of Xpress so it was hard to search for. Good piece of software. Swag.

I rarely do a 1 star review, but this is the worst app I've seen. Should have developed it native... It's a great tool, but impossible to use. Hybrid solutions rarely work out well.

The app seems very clunky and slow. It says it works on all routes, but when I click on the late-22, or route 422, it does nothing.

A good start. I'll give it a few more days and see if I should add another star. But so far I'm happy with its potential. Load times seem to lag on occasion, and without a visual indicator of loading I'm not sure if it's working or frozen. But that's a minor inconvenience. The GPS tracking seems to update nicely to update the bus location on the map. Good job on the app so far. If you ride GRTA download this app now!

My long lonely days of waiting at the stop and nervously calling support to find my bus are over.

Worthless app if you cannot accurately estimate the arrival time of your bus.

Trying to call customer service was a joke. Finally something that will help the bus riders.

It's slow and half of the time it won't open

When it's working, it's extremely slow. In addition, it's rarely accurate - my bus has been 1 minute away for 15. It's also over 30 minutes late at this point, which is when this app would be most useful. Can't be trusted.
