I've had to miss my bus three times to learn my lesson about this piece of crap app. The buses will show that it's at your stop when it's really a half an hour away. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FRUSTRATING APP!!!

The TTA Bus is my main form of transportation, so I downloaded this app to ensure that I never miss the bus. However, it does't show accurate locations for the buses, or accurate arrival times. Sometimes it shows no bus for hours, even when the bus arrives on time. Not worth downloading. You'll stress yourself out more over the inaccurately shown times than you will trying to get to the bus stop on time.

I have attempted to use this app many times for almost a year. No real time information, routes are inaccurate. I find information faster by looking up RMTD website then look for the route I'm interested in.

Lots of issues and incorrect bus times and locations. It used to be much better when you can actually see the location of the busses.. No use. Stick to my local transit online schedule

Used to work just fine but lately I can see every other bus routes eta but my own. I'm writing this while I'm on the bus because the app said no predicted time for my bus but I saw the bus go across the street so I waited to see if it would show. Then I checked the app again while waiting for the bus the app said 52 minutes till the next bus comes to me so I was going to be late and as I was about to walk home and maybe call an Uber the bus got to my stop. Unbelievable! Highly dissatisfied used to be great but they should really put in real time bus tracking so I know if I'm late or early or it's delayed or whatever.

App worked fine for 6 months -then today I try to use it & get nothing but a white screen. Doesn't work any longer. Uninstalling.

For me it has worked pretty good for Springfield Missouri I know this works for other states and stuff but for Missouri Springfield as I may say it works pretty good and accurate for the most part like I mean give or take 5 minutes but I mean it's pretty accurate for me and gets me around and helps me know which buses to get on and stuff like that because I have trouble understanding and comprehending things of comprehension so it helps me out but yes it can use a lot of fixing like put a live locator on the bus where you see your bus moving so you know exactly where the buses that would be amazing

Terrible design; the map must be moved with two fingers so it constantly pans in or out, or rotates uncontrollably. Please replace this useless app with the actual route watch map instead of this weird junk.

Sometimes will say there are no upcoming buses in the next 60 minutes.

This app never worked the way it was supposed to. I could not get it to do anything but tell me that there are no buses coming ever. Finally had to just get on the Internet and do it manually. Two thumbs down!!! Im in Longview/Kelso,Washington.

This app sucks. It asked me to select my bus company (lrta in Massachusetts) and it tells me website not available. I even tried it thru the lrta website and says unavailable.

Used to be much more accurate. Now, I can't tell whether the bus has already come or if it's just delayed... Which is the whole reason to have an app like this in the first place, amiright?

Times listed for my local routes are inaccurate. Why make an app that gives inaccurate info?

Could never locate me, or took waaaay too long. Missed my bus waiting for it to locate me

Was ok until the system got hacked. I won't install until I hear its fixed.

A lot of bugs need to be worked out... BRTA schedules are always off or don't always work

Pretty much just a schedule, not even close to real time tracking, except a schedule doesn't randomly decide to crash or just not work

This is not real time just a copy of schedule at bus sation

Need to update this app. There are new routed and route changes not in it.

I gave it 4 stars because the app needs a widget for the home screen to display certain routes and times. Then I would give 5 stars!

love that it can locate and I can save favorites. very accurate too.

Never is consistent with bus stop times; usually have to guesstimate the time my bus comes but I have a 9-5 job so it's extremely irritating for me most of the time. Definitely needs bug fixes.

It might change by city, but the laying of stops and lines is accurate. The love time is okay, but the routes and planning info work great.

Ever since a recent update or error none of the bus schedules appear and instead just say "there are no upcoming buses for the next 120 minutes" and its been like this for over a month. This beats the point of app and makes it very inconvient when trying to track a buses predicted time of arrival. Hopefully soon this will be fixed but until then i wont change my rating

I used to rely on this app to look at scheduled times. But it hasn't worked for weeks now. So...... Useless.

The description says real-time tracking, but I see nothing of the kind--plus, half the time it just stays on a blank screen. Seriously, if you're gonna make an app, make one that actually works.

For the past week it has said nothing but no buses for the next 60mins. We use the buses as our main transportation. This makes getting places hard bc i don't know when the bus will be at the stop. I don't know if this is bc of my local office or the app but it's getting to be an inconvenience. Please fix this issue. Will give better rating once this is fixed.

This app is a big waste of time. I would rather walk my way than track my bus route using this piece of crap app.

This app doesn't really tell you anything. Instead of it actually showing you real-time information, it just has countdowns to the next time the bus is supposed to be there. It used to actually show the location of the bus on the route and now it doesn't even do that. Soooo useless.
