-Click to increase brightness
-Uses only a single home screen cell space
-Quickly adjust brightness, no need to open a separate app
-Looks REALLY nice :)

Increases volume by 20% increments. Cant quickly go from 20% to 100%. Takes a second between each interval.
Lame. It has a stupid popup that disables screen. Don't waste your time.
The pop-up modal is a pain. It takes longer to change the brightness several levels.
This widget, while it looks cute, is kinda annoying. It is inaccurate (the bars dont go up and down to match the settings) it may have stopped working
Functional. But appearance is really ugly. Needs to match android design guidelines.
Has an odd delay when transitioning. Needs option to go down as well as up in brightness without cycleing all the way through levels.
DO NOT USE WITH SAMSUNG FASCINATE!!! HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS OTHERS, BRICKED MY PHONE TEMPORARILY, SEEMS LIKE I WAS THE ONLY ONE ABLE TO BRING IT BACK
Just alright. Doesn't let me customize the levels, only pre set levels are provided. Can't turn down. Must go up to 100% before starting at 0%.
Good idea for a widget but as someone else already said, didn't work on hero. Turns up brightness but goes dim again after a second.
How stupid it this! I have to keep pressing it, heres a novel idea how about a widget that brings up a dedicated slider! O_o
I download and open it and get told I have to go to a site to download another app too before I can use it. Stupid, uninstalled.
Doesn't work for the Samsung Fascinate. 0% setting turned my screen black and I couldn't undo it. Had to wipe my phone and restore.
This does indeed brick samsung fascinates. Should be taken off market. Took me serious hacking to resurrect phone
Simple and effective, but a bit non-responsive at times. Solves one of my main UI irritations.
Nice try but it doesn't automatically switch off auto brightness. Please implement it as one of its states (maybe after full brightness?)
The icon is horribly large. Please add the automatic bright option.
Turned my fascinate into a brick. Even Verizon couldn't fix it. Had to get a new phone.
Was good for a couple days...does not show on reboot...and keep the phone screen on all time...unistall. ..fresh room on rooted evo
It doesnt quickly adjust to a specific brightness. You need to keep cycling through each setting one click at a time.
One click and this horrible widget set screen brightness to 0 making the phone unusable. Had to exchange phone. Avoid this at all costs.
Having to cycle between the different amounts was annoying. I enjoy the widgets with a brightness slider.
Works great for my g1. When ur phone is going dead just a click u can have more phone life.
The notification every time I want to change several steps of brightness quickly is really bothersome. Takes an additional second for each step.
Looks nice with the indicator but annoyed by the incremental adjustments. Future version should offer a popup option to select preferred %.
No settings of any kind. Restoring initial brightness requies FIVE clicks. Accidentally clicked? Too bad so sad.
It's one of the few widgets that has an appropriate app size for its function, but that comes with some drawbacks. It always cycles through all levels, which takes a while since the current level is displayed as a toast notification, blocking you from rapidly going them all. Also you can't limit the number of used levels or change their values. Basically any amount of configuration would make this pretty great...
Just like most other ppl wit Hero, doesn't work on mine. Wish it did. 5 stars when it works
This app has a lot of promise, but there is 1 bug. While a Droid is on it's home dock, going anywhere off the home screen makes the screen go black.
Do NOT use ANY brightness apps if you have Fascinate! It will kill your screen...most have to get a new phone. Read about this online. This did it 4me
Not working with my Note 2 - position the brightness setting changes, but the actual brightness doesn't.
When placing in droid dock will not let interface show up. Also when on a call it freezes the screen to black and need to remove battery. Uninstalled
It's gr8 to b abl to brightn/dim incrementally...shame that imbeciles negtvly rate FREE apps w/out apprec or knowlg of what they're even talkng about.
Warning! This app can BRICK your Galaxy S! Had to replace my phone when widget toggled to zero. Phone bevame Unresponsive.
great idea. but u have to sit there n keep tappin it to adjust to ur likinq. it should be the bar. or you can jus save time and do it the old way
Very good widget but causes the screen to not stay awake when touched sometimes. Could be just me so I'll look further into this.
Would be great if it didn't have the annoying pop up box every time I tap the widget. Less is more.
Long press background to add widget. Works on g1 with nice looking 1x1 graphic. But i want 0% and 8%, seems every one i try wants to set much higher.
Why the long pause after you push it? Annoying b/c is takes twice as long to get bright.
Awkward to use, and the screen brightness pulses. Curvefish' app works better

Works on my rooted G1. This has 20% increments & the widget itself displays the current level, beating out the other 6 tried. Great work dev, u rock!
