Racist and Xenophobic staff who profile you with no references no qualifications requested .They only ask your passport take a picture obviously their must be a politic behind. Dismayed as I sent some of my staff there as I don't get events all the time . Good workers and came told me they didn't pass their assessments! I went with a restauration baccalaureate 17 years experienced speak English French Spanish Comorian Swahili Arabic Well Guess what my black foreigners staff were right . The person who assessed us were young. One was like Oh my Gosh I don't know can t pronounce Punctuality right she kept saying Punctuation twice. So Really and Truly in 2017 we still have injustice and profiling people . Glad that I went there and experienced why graduated and qualified are unemployed and we get people who have no passion I what they re doing getting the job with no whatsoever qualification and experience .

Don't work for these rip off merchants... you get maximum tax with no personal allowance taken off and they tell you its hmrc who should be doing it... hmrc say it's up to the employer. I burnt three fingers on my right hand about 5 hours before a shift and they charged me £20 as a no show even though i called up. Total waste of time and when its only £8 an hour and yet you have to buy waist coats and bow ties etc and then you get max tax, it works out at about £5 per hour :( and they promised me £9 to £11 per hour, never saw that! Also, rude office staff - told me to get a doctor's note for three burnt fingers! As if the NHS isn't in enough trouble!

Rota used to be good. The new app is not as good as the old one. The old one was simple and straightforward. They don't look after staff as well as they used to. The rating and feedback you give about employers/clients used to be taken seriously. Now you're lucky if you even get a reply.

I basically like the application, but I have some problems: - The app likes to freeze when I open it. - Check in/out often lasts for hours, even a day. - It likes to give me failure when I try to check in/out. Second try works, but the first not always.

Amazing working app. I absolutely love it.

Every time I try to to view the jobs it says the app it stops working

I just downloaded and one thing I miss is the option to chage the view for the available shifts. Maybe it's because I am used to the older one but I think it's much easier for me to have a quick detail view with all the shifts. As well I can not find the "payment" section. Apart from that the new skin looks nice and wuite friendly.

It's good. Just look out for quiet periods.

The app worked fine for me until yesterday. An employer cancelled a shift, and another one made changes to a shift's time - and everything went crazy after that. Now random shifts are turning up in my previous shifts filter, and I am unable to apply for more shifts. Have emailed support, no answer so far...

Can't even apply for a shift that's up for tomorrow. App is barely able to be used and is losing me work

I think the app is a great way to get temp jobs :) I love it!

Unfortunately it did not work for me, most of the shifts are taken already and also even they are "available" when I applied for it, the sistem put me on stanby. It is so frustrated when we give high priority to do certain job, planning our time for nothing, any value is given as a feedback!

How do i even sign up so i can log in. There is only login???

Main problem: no work! There are only a few shifts everyday, and all of them have been taken a long time ago. The app itself eats more than most games I play (more than 200Mb), although it just shows lists. Also the app is uncomfortable to use.
