Though I was really happy with this application when it was launched,Its been more than one month that we cannot sign in to Rotana Rewards as the server is always down!!!! currently access to Rotana Rewards is only working through the desktop version,However the server issue is common with android and iphone applications. No one cares to fix it despite complaining so many times to the management. Please investigate and fix this matter ASAP.

Won't let me search for my reservation with the confirmation number, although I'm a member. It doesn't link to the hotel pages for restaurant bookings, and doesn't seem to work at all.
