First time ordering from Rosegal. A mistake already has happened in the ordering and could not fix. I will know more once l receive the order. Right now I don't really have any complaints

I love Rosegal, but the app is still not fixed. The filtering is not working and the points bug is not yet fixed. I've lost points because of that (fortunatly i had the Recovery card). The shop is great! Keep up the good work!

This was the most waste of money and time. I ordered a Xl dress and I paid a tracking fee of $1.99 but never showed the tracking history. I tried to comunicate with them via email, phone number and nothing, the aplication doesn't let me comunicate with them neither. I contacted them via facebook and they tell me that they can't return my money for the service I wasn't receiving. When finally appears the tracking history was about to arrive. The dress isn't like the picture very bad quality and the size was 1 or 2 sizes bigger I tried to use it and when I wash it this dress unravels under arm making a hole. First and last time that I buy something from this store.

I ordered a 5xl coat. Thinking if sizes ran even two sizes smaller it would fit. The label says 5xl, but the only person it will fit is my size medium/large niece. No one will contact me back. And the contact number doesn't work. Their was no order form or return label in or on package!!!! I feel like I have been scammed by Rosegal!! All I want is to return the coat and get a full refund!!

After reading the reviews, I fully believe this is a scam. The clothes looked nice but that doesn't mean they are of quality. The reviews seem to point to the fact that they aren't and that it's not worth the hassle of dealing with the company.

Ive order many things from here..im so happy with everything i get...I truly love this site...you have bigger sizes..1 thing i wish you had were Jeans in full fugure...size 16-28 womens Jeans that would be great...but never the less when i come on this site im so excited like a little kid at a candy store lol...Ive ordered so much..i Just recieved my 2 shirts I went bigger then what i wear....i wear 2 to 3X i ordered a 5 X... 1 shirt was great the other 1 was big but so beautiful....Thank you so much...i will be buying more from this site.... absolutely Thanks so much...And you get it pretty quick.. You can order clothes, but you may never get them. Requested help with an order that was taking a very long time to process, and without a reply, they issued a refund that i did not request. App is naggy with too many notifications.

I think an addiction has started. Che king this app everyday for points to get clothes cheaper. Beautiful clothes. Goal is to have a new wardrobe soon and I'm on my way there.

Four stars only because I haven't received the dress I ordered yet. But soooo many plus size cute selections. I want one of everything. If everything goes right with my dress I'll repost 5 starts

Downloaded because it looked like it would be a good source for affordable stuff. Only 1/4 of the display photos will load at all. Very disappointing.

Love that it has big size girls wearing the clothes n the prices are good glad for the models glad they r not all skinny the stuff is cute happy I downloaded the app

I went on this website thinking it catered to plus size women after ordering my first few pieces I was very very disappointed to know that they consider a 5X a size 22. So I ordered my size which is a 3X come to find out that was only an 18 and no one ever got back to me regarding sending my items back or refund I will never order from this website again

Have ordered various items over last 18 months but new to app. Few bugs in app. Get coupons but often won't allow you to use even though not expired. Quality of clothes good for price point. Some are really nicely made. Sizing can be hit and miss even using size chart. I tend to be end of the standard sizing with most xl standard being too tight across bust/back but others xl being a size too big. I'm smallest in plus sizing relying often on bust and shoulder measurements to choose sizes. In plus sizes I have been everything from xl to 3xl. Standard xl said 98 cm bust but was definitely large on me despite having a 102cm bust and could have gone smaller. Can be hard to determine weight of fabric just from pics. All of that said the prices are worth a couple of misses here and there. When choosing tracking in shipping I find the app allows you to see location though when paying for expedited with a '5 to 7 day' delivery it still took 7 days until parcel actually left China. After that it was delivered in approx 3 business days. Non expedited usually takes just under a month (to Australia). If you use Australia Post safe drop if you are not home to sign you will still be required to pick up from post office regardless as they as shipped with signature required on delivery. I recommend shipping to work address instead as the easier work around.

First time ordering, and took over a month to get to me, then when I finally received it, it's not what I ordered at all, can't reach customer service,at all.. a gimmick app. I'm truly disgusted, will be removing this garbage app. They can have the $11.40 I spent, why bother, the refund will probably take 6 months before I get it.. pathetic....

The clothes fit perfectly, they're gr8 price! And arrive quite promptly from o.seas! Couldn't ask for better! Love them ????❤

This app was no good, it wouldn't load any of the pictures of the items so I had no idea what the store had.

the app is great but the actual shop it's self has some problems I ordered mid November and got an email late December saying the item I ordered was out of stock they let me exchange for a different item that item was the wrong size

Have order sometings an they have just disappear. But they took. My money an got no oder

I love the app and clothes. I'm a plus size woman and I love the range. I admit some of styles are not for my age, but I buy what I want. Rosegal, keep up the great work!!

Haven't had this app long but I absolutely love the clothes. It looks like they have not process my first order and it had been almost a week. So hopefully I get it before my trip to AZ.

It's a good app but some wigs are nothing like the picture

I was not only satisfied with the product but also with delivery and customer service as I had to get a refund.

The shipping takes way too long clothes are cut a little small I've only ordered twice waiting on the second one

Becarful with your purchases, they delete order history and after a month or so items delete from orders I have to track it with my PayPal account and bank account. God bless everyone

Total suck, make sure you check the size chart for every item that you want. Such as, some 6XL are size 24 & some are 18. ????
