Deep Sleep Battery Saver Pro

Edit: Please find solution for Android 5.0+. No update for long time. Data toggle issue - only works intermittently after latest update. Mostly remains ON, drains battery. LP 5.0.2. --- Purchased after getting convinced by the free version. Good customization, works well to conserve battery. A must have app.

Had the free version & I "thought" this was impressive, so I bought the paid version! After continued testing (around 2months) , I have concluded this app being another disappointment. Tried all settings down to "slumber" & it honestly does nothing.? I get the same "wakelocks" & standby/usage times as without this app! I'm an"app freak" & try allot of apps (as I've done here) Save your dough, not worth it, sorry! :'(

After thorough testing I've concluded this app is just another non working battery app. Any effects this app claims cannot be accounted for and makes no difference installed or uninstalled. Do not buy this app. If you think you still need it, stick with the free version.

Wy I don't delete app? Devise administrator no help! Please, fix it!!! (I have android 4.2.2.). Why latest update 1 year ago?

Pay for pro and still have a ad section. Double dipping for money. Also their apps aren't very good. Uninstall!

The setting to force the app off when battery is charging keeps on reverting back to "always" regardless of what I pick. Which forces me to manually disable my data connection whenever I'm plugged in. It (ignore setting) used to work fine with my older JB phone though. Please fix

The option to force DS off above a certain battery percentage keeps setting to "always", even though I keep putting it on "ignore ". This didn't happen before. Please fix it.

My phone is not going in deep sleep at all..tried installing xposed as well but still not working

I wish that I didn't pay for this. When it works it actually is useful but sometimes it just shuts down. When I play Real Racing 3 on my smartphone it is almost guaranteed that when I exit the game, this app is no longer running. Would give you 5 stars if this got fixed. I'm running rooted Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Worked perfectly with my 3G Galaxy Note 2 but won't turn off 4G data with my Galaxy Note 4.

This app breaks marshmallow's own battery saver wifi settings.

I've tried several different battery saver apps and this is, decidedly, the best. The only issue I have is when I'm using my Chromecast with apps like Hulu, Netflix, and such. When my phone goes to sleep the apps lose connection to the Chromecast and I have to reconnect. I tried adding the apps to the whitelist, but it doesn't help. Only thing that works is to stop Deep Sleep. It sure would be nice to get a fix for this.

Complaints about it not working in lollipop are not true as long as your phone is rooted and given permission this app can turn off your mobile network connection and so far seems to be the only one that can under lollipop. I've tried many and this is the one I come back to.

Android 6.0.1 has been released, Android N preview is now available, when this app is going to update? There are so many functionalities which are not working at all, support is not responsive and app is now waste of data, time and money

Worked great in KitKat, not so great in Lollipop. Using rooted & Xposed module, and it adds overall system slowness and sluggishness long after the device has been woken up.

As already pointed out by others. It does not work with Android 5.0

Good app but don't expect support from the development team, no answer after two month for a simple setting not sticking (deactivate deepsleep while charging). Edit : Doesn't work on 5.1.1 here.

Used battery saver pro for a couple of years, seems to have stopped working. Why do I have to optimize every time I start the phone. This app a paid version is a battery hog no matter how I set the buttons it won't put my phone in deep sleep all I want is the phone to stop the background apps so it will last all day.

Great app... Less time consuming than trying to perfect battery profiles with Tasker... But I hope dev comes up with more settings and options...... Like services settings integration with greenify etc... Anything, just be creative in coming up with improvements. It's been long since the app had a significant upgrade.

No longer works because lollipop prevents it on stock phones and so do what I'm about to do and call or email google and demand a refund since they are the ones who screwed us out our app and this wonderful dev out his customers!!! I hope the dev calls his lawyer!

Was working fine. Now it feels as if it's doing nothing

After tons of kernel modifications and amplify with minimal rom i recalled i used this app before. My battery life almost doubled themself , and now battery last though the entire day without any charge :) . The developer did a marvelous job

I have been using the free version with Xposed module, which worked fine. I am not sure if I upgraded within the Xposed environment but some of the pro features were working. However, the Tasker integration (to change the profile based on battery level) didn't work and I thought that it's a feature of the Pro version. So I upgraded, only to realize that the app didn't work at all and none of the features worked. I don't even have the REFUND option anymore. I wrote to the developer. Kindly refund my money.

This works as advertised and does save battery. I do have a feature request: expand the weekday/weekend to a full blown scheduler. I'm on an on call rotation one week out of the month and it'd be awesome if I could tell the app to disable every 3rd week of month for example.

It seems this app is not doing its work. I use the pro version on Slumber but it always allows back ground activities. I continue to receive WhatsApp messages and emails whilst it's supposed to send my devise to deep sleep mode with the screen off. I wish I did not buy this app. Definitely it doesn't work in lollipop and Marshmallow.
