About Configurable brightness preset

Cobrets (Configurable brightness presets) is a widget that controls the screen brightness.
It provides 4 configurable brightness presets, Android's auto brightness setting (at the moment, brightness values in
this state are not configurable) and a two screen filters.

It has two modes, state machine where the number of states is configurable. You can add and remove states to the widget, and Pop up mode, where the widget opens a popup windows showing the same brightness states that where shown in the widget.

Each state has it's own customizable brightness setting (except for "Nightly filter" which is automatically set to 0).
The color of the screen filters is customizable as well as the opacity of the filter.
Widget icon color is customizable.
Filter opacity can be changed in real time as well as "Diurnal filter" brightness.
The icon has two sizes.

INSTALLATION: After the installation ends you need to add manually the app's widget to your homescreen, otherwise you
won't see any change in brightness.

NOTICE: If the minimum setting isn't the minimum brightness of your device you need to "Calibrate minimum". This is done
by the app "Calibrate minimum" button inside "Brightness value" config screen. It's a two step procedure: 1- Go to
Android settings and set the minimum brightness configuration; 2- Click "Calibrate" button in Cobrets.

I was looking for a brightness app with a preset feature. I found Cobrets on the internet and gave it a try. Working great! Also now I no longer need a separate night filter app-Cobrets includes both blue and black filters. The app is unique in that the pop-up is simple, icons can be customized (color style) and added or removed. When active, the home screen widget icon also changes to show your current brightness in use. Zero brightness can be calibrated according to your device.Presets are easy!

If i put the brightness value in the app at 50% and try to use it, the brightness isn't set to 50%. Instead it sets it at about 45%.

Excellent widget I needed a widget to toggle between maximum and automatic brightness and this fit the requirements superbly. Make sure to disable "modern" state machine in settings if you want one-click brightness toggle. The only small bug that I found so far is that when I change the brightness via Android's built-in control, it is not reflected in the widget, but then I no longer need to use the built-in control so this is not a problem.

Doesn't do much more than stock brightness controls on m9. Didn't find filters very useful. While initially experimenting w app, I hit night filter (in day light), and it took forever to get screen visible again. I wanted a useful filter for bright days, and this just isn't it.

Works perfectly and I especially like being able to set my own values. Edit: widget size is now not configurable and is way too big; any chance of getting the small icon option back of widget size?
