Applications like Aldiko or Moon+ Reader use tags stored in the ePub files for organize the books in your collection.
The problem is that these metadata are rarely fill in well.
ePub Tags Editor is used to edit these tags to put all the data you want.
- Support of all tag type defined by the official specification.
- Support of Calibre and Sigil tags.
- Edit tags in xml form or dialog box form.
- Support of all roles (such as author, conceptor, editor,...) definied by the official specification.
- Sort tags by alphabetic order, alphabetic inverse order, by importance, or create a fake descriptive card.
- Proposed as an application to open ePub from the files explorer.
- File explorer included for those who don't have one.

Great app, does the job in helping to clean up messed tags and adding missing info. Wish we could also add or edit cover images as embedded metadata via gallery or have image search engines for that purpose.

The app does its job and allowed me to change the titles of some epub files I had laying around. Although I ran into a Java bug upon trying to look for a file. The search text box was stuck at an inexistent directory (probably Dropbox caused the issue) and the app crashed when trying to open the parent directory. Quick uninstall and reinstall fix the issue.

You really should have it so you could add or replace covers. If you do you would be the only android app to allow you to do so, right now.

Book Cover! I have converted my manga pdf's to epub using epubator. But sadly they're bombarded with epubator cover art. I thought this app would allow me to fix it but to my dissapointment it doesn't. :(

Aldiko could neither open nor import any ePub after it was touched by this editor. It also does not clean up after itself when uninstalling. I had to manually delete all the temp files and folders.

Running Android (v7.0) on Moto G4 Plus: No matter what path is configured as the app's "library location", all folders display as empty. Unless I'm overlooking something, this app appears to be broken (i.e., completely non-functional). If anyone has a solution for this issue, please let me know!
