Really enjoy shopping with this app. Sometimes you have to put your coupon code or promo code in a few times before it shows on the bill statement.

I love using this app for ordering, but sometimes I can't get promo codes in and when I do it takes my easy pay out.

They do describe some of the products in detail. I wish they would describe all the products with full details. It would cut back on returns. Also it would save alot of time and aggravation if I could complete my order online without having to call in to complete it. U cannot select 12 easy pays. When u do call. U better make sure u have everything ready to place ur order. If not they will tell u to call back and hang up on u. Then u have to call back and wait in line all over again.

I cannot sign into my TSC account using this app. I use my correct email address and password every time but all I get is an exclamation mark to the right of where I enter my password. I brought this to the attention of TSC's useless customer service reps several times but the issue hasn't been fixed nor has anyone bothered to get back to me. What a joke. I will be uninstalling this crappy app.

After many years of great service and products I am sad to say that this business has gone in to the ground. The service and care of actually getting a product to a customer is horrible. I have had 4 orders lost, misplaced, or stolen in the last 2 years and have had to spend months tracking and calling everyone everywhere just to try and get the money refunded back on my cards. Amazon now has a new Delivery warehouse outside of Toronto and I would highly recommend using that site/service for future shopping

At first I was very unhappy with this app, but the problems seem to be solved and I find I am using it everyday. It lets me know at what time during the day and evening that items I am interest in are being shown. If I miss one time, I can always catch another later in the day.

This app need some improvement. App does not allow you to select 12 easy when purchasing through the app. It only goes up to 9 easy pay. I had to cancel my purchase and use the website.

Terrible layout.. needs improvement. Few options to shop or compare or find info etc. Sold out items show up like they're available. Very unpleasant no surprise from tsc! Uninstalling!

You should be able to view your bill online with this app. Otherwise its okay. But it needs to be updated greatly. I guess this is what you expect from a Rogers company.

The old website was way Better... It shoed all the deals on the same window now you have to open each link to see it items.

The older one was way better. I do not like the lay out of this one at all. You got to see more before and had more choices that were visible.

I only gave I 2.5 beacuse when I'm looking at an item and go back it doesn't take you to the same page and have to look for where I left off also there is not alot of info about site on here...but I do like to order off it makes it easy..

I like the new look, and its far better than a year ago. Ease of use is much much better. Now make an Android Tv version so I don't have to sideload this.

I liked the old app much better than this one ! It was much easier to use . Also bring back the wishlist..I used it all the time..made life at TSC much simpler

Whenever I open this app it says, "Unfortunately TSC has stopped" Report! I did two weeks ago. Still not working lol

well this is week # 2 and this app still won't load up it just crashes when I try to open the app it instantly crashes apon start up. plz fix this I would like to be able to use the app again. And yes i've uninstalled & reinstalled many times and I still have the same issue, also I have had this app installed on my phone before never had an issue installing it before. plz help!!!

It would be better if it was formatted like the website where sold out colors and sizes don't show up as options to select
