Rogers Business Self-Serve for Android
The app sucks why add the business app if the preexisting app that is on my phone already works fine. Every time I try to use the app and how I want to long in, it tells me yo download the MyRogers app where I already have it, please improve this bad early on release
Awful. 2 apps required to manage our mobile and internet accounts? Step in the wrong direction. This app is so basic - Can't view my bill? Total waste of space.
Same issue no longer able to view my account switch back and forth on business and personal account, can't Link it per its instruction at all. Completely failure for this app release
As with MyRogers I am unable to login. Same "We're having difficulties..." page. Haven't been able to use this on my stock Android Pixel for months now.
From what I can see, this app is identical to MyRogers. I have no idea why it was asked for me to download this, or what the benefit of using this is. Nothing new or useful here.
Why can't I pay my bill or look at my balance? Telus app is far more advanced than this. I would go back to telus just to use their app to pay my bill or check my balance
This app is junk. Why tf is it telling me on the regular app to download this then I do and it doesn't work and tells me to use the regular one? I can no longer see my monthly usage cause neither app works.
I joined Rogers to see my bill online and manage my data from the app, this new app is so primitive that it can't even show me what's been charged to my bill as well as I can't stop and pause.. Manage data.. Sad realty.. Rogers once again trying to make it difficult for consumers.. Launching a half witted app.

This is pointless maybe these idiots should have had this app working before they made it impossible to use the my Rogers app.. One tells me to download the other and then I remember why I left Rogers last time.....
Tells me to go to to the normal Rogers then the normal Rogers sends me back to this awful app

What everyone else has said. Bounced back and forth between business and my Rogers login pages. Unable to to select anything but log out option

YES!! I can now open this app and MyRogers only to be told that I can't access my business account! This app launch isn't cumbersome at all!
Ive been forced to download this App but now it doesn't work!

Useless. Have a regular and a business account with Rogers. I recently noticed the need to download 2 apps to see and manage both accounts and activities. This is archaic! Instead of making things easier for their customers they just complicate them more. Im about to cancel all my services and go with another company.
There was not a lot of difference between this app and my Rogers especially for someone who uses it just to check balance and make payments.
Cannot access our billing or data usage. Clearly this app is not appreciated or useful. Time for Rogers to listen to their customers and return to the previous app that actually worked!!!!
Please don't force this on me. I just use the my Rogers app to view my balance. Any app forced on you, against your will, by your phone company deserves 1 star.

Regular Rogers app tells me to download this business version. Log in and it tells me my account requires the regular Rogers version. What kind of system is that? Not only that but the software occasionally locks me out and doesn't reflect my balances over night. Frustrating and confusing.
