Great magazine, terrible online product delivery. Took about 4 or 5 days and an email to get my account number. Once I had it the app worked fine. However, I still cannot log into the webpage on a computer. In this day and age a digital product should have automatic access once you pay. Update: to log in on the computer I was sent a form email telling me to reregister, but it wouldn't accept my postal code. I'm done. Great magazine, unusable digital system.
I still haven't been able to figure out how to get the subscription I paid for a month ago. It tells me to do things on the website but there is no apparent way to execute those things. There is no sign in option on the app, at least not on mine. This has been a frustratingly poor investment of 20$
App works very good and is easy to read on a smartphone. This is a great example of how magazine apps should be done.
First I subscribed to the 1 year digital edition. Then loaded this app on my Windows computer and android phone with no issues.
Originally couldn't login, but solved that. Need an account on the website and activate digital subscription. Then create another account (I used same id) from within the app which sends you to a website. The app works pretty good, get access to back issues and is easy to navigate.
Had a hard time figuring out how to log into the app. On my android, I have to tap the bottom left of my phone beside the main button (not the screen). Should be a log in on the screen to make things easy to understand. I've never seen a more ridiculous app log in.
I love reading MoneySense online and searched for this app right away for my tablet. I am disappointed that this app is only for subscribers and there is no content to read outside of paying for each issue. I will have to stick to the browser for MS I guess. This app is just a money grab right now.
When I open the app I only see the issues available, not the option to sign in or create account.
Because of this problem, it sucks on tablets. Please fix!
Great substance for the price. Worth your money.
Why would I need an app from Money sense just to buy the digital magazine which I could do from Google play store and support all the magazines I may want to subscribe to.
But yet can't sign in and wants me to pay
Can't sign in .
Downloaded this app and have been calling MoneySense every day for help with a sign in problem. They've said they're working on system maintenace for an entire week very disappointing.

If it wasn't for Glenn's comments I would have killed this app and given it 0. What a run around to get it to work.
