NextTask

NextTask is a free ToDo-List that sorts your entries based on importance, urgency and time needed.

If you have a lot of things to do, but don’t know where to start, this app is for you. Based on your input about the importance and urgency of your tasks, as well as how long they are going to take, NextTask will intelligently prioritize what you have to do.

This approach is based on the so-called Eisenhower Method, a time management method attributed to US-President Dwight D. Eisenhower. In Addition to selecting how important/not important and urgent/not urgent a task is (as it is done in the Eisenhower Method), NextTask also takes the extent of time that is needed into account.

So whenever you don’t know what you should do next, you can open NextTask and see which task has the highest priority!
