I think I prefer the old version. Aft updating to the new Zyllem, even if I sign out of my account it seems to keep sending notifications of a new job thus jamming up my mobile for other notifications. Can the relevant engineers look into this?

Keeps getting notifications, even after logout! Will be great if there is a setting of when we want to receive notifications. Another feature would be "remember password", so that we dun hv to enter password after logging out.

Seems like theres no one in the office doing their job? I didnt get the code yet!!

Cease operation and have to go briefing again? Hassle. Payment too cheap for freelancer and staff also many left.

Suddenly not in operation without notice

Pros: great flexibility, straightforward and simple pick and delivery system. Cons:Your app doesn't link well with Google map navigation, please make it mandatory for your customers to fill in building name for easy locating esp condo/commercial buildings. Decrease job value over time instead of increasing so couriers don't wait for price up and start grabbing jobs last min. Senders want earlier confirmation ASAP. Lastly you still pay couriers too low, parking go up already

Despatch is the dangerous job cause I'm was part of it.. at the same time all rider was sacrifice for everything like credit cell phone, petrol,even energy to do the job..+ - rider dont get anything accept tired... If our zyllem management know hard of to do this job from A to Z is very² not reasonable price pls upgrade high price rate for customer rate n at the same time all rider or despatch got benefits of it.. Note - this is the same day delivery...think about it..

Takes time to load jobs and even when i off the notification and sign out, the notification keeps coming in. Really annoying. Used to be good

It takes long time for them to reply our emel and so for our registration.how can this be the fastest courier?? Only talk and based on what the rider post it make rider so frustrating

Payment is not worth for rider and payment made is not on target,,really regret work for this company,,this will be the first and the last...

Sorry to say......All the zyllem rider that i meet tell the same story. The payment is below the market value. Petrol not cover at all even though for car and bike rider. Please don't reply this comment because it true!

The pay rate for the delivery is not worth it even for riders. Time frame for delivery is short and distance quite far for a bike, the pay rate only enough to cover up petrol. Totally not worth it.

A lot of my job completed records is gone after recent update.

These jobs doesn't pay enough for car drivers, suitable only for riders. Apps like Uparcel have a reward scheme for diligent agents who completed their job on time, will you also do the same for your couriers?

While the hotline has a calling tone, no one picks up the phone.How to pride yourself on same day delivery when there is no one on standby for the hotline?What if the customer isn't home?What if the courier can't make it due to unforeseen circumstances ? Hours later, you finally get someone calling you. suddenly,all the fault is on the courier, coupled with raised voices and shouting. Poor and rude service. The saying "customer is always right" holds true but it doesn't mean couriers deserve to be slighted

"Downloading of jobs" when launching it makes the "assign tab" unable to click.and its slow downloading over and over again the whole job list,causing us to stuck in front of customer house waiting to let it load and sign the final delivery. And zyllem should provide a separate hotline numbers just for the courier people as to avoid long waiting time with the main hotline

1. Cust service poor, you hardly get a person to give u support on phone, u are asked to leave your particulars and they hardly get back to u,,, 2.they trigger happy lock u out of the system when u fail to take their calls, but when u call them u are never able to get to them.so they locked u out, then should both customers and drivers ban them when we can't get through to them?,,, 3. For unsuccessful delivery, we have to return to sender and not paid add $ for the return?who pays for the add fuel n time?

Not even a single verification sms received, if you cannot even do this right why would anyone use you.

Good for extra income even the new system is lag on that time before zyllem take over.. overall is fun and good money.. keep it up zyllem rocketuncle.

Updated version is simply stupid!!..can't log in back after hiccups found and lagging in everything. Log out and could not log in even after installed and installed apps for more than 10times. Hotlines number keeps reverting to voicemails while shipper keeps chasing drivers... PLS RECTIFY THIS RIDICULOUS ISSUES!!!

Didn't rexeive any Sms for the phone verification

The new T & C is fair for everybody. Great work. But the App mapping need to improve as it's one of the delivery costing factor. App stability another issue.

Didnt receive verification message

Set notification to notify later. Log out still receive notification. Power off or restart phone still receive notification. Please do something about it. From rocket uncle to now zyllem still no change. Endless loop very annoying

Unable to activate account even after few days of pending approval. Tried to email them but email sender respondent failed.

Drive with will

1. Recipient not in must return parcel pay half of the job. 2. Person not at hm wasn't paid at all. 3. Alot of job so u have to scroll like mad til 100+ 200+ job.

My last day working for them aft 4mth was an analyst that could not help me solve a pick up bt blame me instead for taking the job. We riders are the ppl making $ for the company but no respect or appreciation was given. Now they simply change pymnt dates just bcos 26/4 falls on sunday. What a bunch of lazy idiots and useless ppl. Promise pay on 28/4/15 but nothing... Carefull guys... Im making an official complain to the SPF and MOM. Check the rating guys. Its below only 4... What does that tell you...

Lousy apps,always try to make things incovience for the driver,reject job before also wrong,HELLO ,are u a prawn that is full of shit,that makes you can't think clearly,wakey wakey your peanut brain.

Job alert comes every other minute, but there's no jobs when you click on it. There's no options to stop the alerts, not even by logging out. Last option? I'm going to uninstall it!
