About TNEB Lite (less than 1 MB)
TNEB (short form of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board) is the controlling authority for distribution of electricity in Tamil Nadu.
TNEB Lite app helps users to pay their regular bills. The native experience has been removed and is replaced with a browser interface. All the payment related improvements are still in place. However, you would have to reenter your username/password again.
We don't store your TNEB username/password due to security reasons. However, as with advancement in Android APIs, we will be able to provide this feature in the newer phones. Hang on, till then!
As stipulated by the organization, we have ensure that the TNEB experience remains what it is. We don't modify the page content or style, only enhance the way the page is rendered in your device.
Once you start making payment for a bill, the app will be smart about the entire experience. If your payment method requires OTP (for example SBI netbanking), then this OTP will be automatically fetched by the browser.
The app enhances the user experience for all the sites that you browse. So, you can now shop on Amazon, Snapdeal or book a ticket in Redbus, all the while making sure that payments goes through just fine.

In payment, after entering the credit card details, when redirecting to the payment page, the month when given with 0 as prefix is persisted and is giving error on the payment page that 0 prefix is missing. Could you please fix this bug.

Worst development and updates, 1.add or remove EB service numbers, 2.add exit option for it, 3.add remember my card details option, 4.remainder about the bill payment one week before the last date, 5.make application movable 2 sd card... Do work on it else remove the application from playstore...

This is really good app. I used more tneb app but this best. But interms of security this is little lagging. My banking website it has the option of remember customer id and show password. I feel not secure on this part. I always use to see my website with https (means secure site) i didn't find address bar here. So im not going to use this untill this corrected.

After the recent update of the app in my mobile(lollipop version) it doesn't open and unfortunately stopped message pops up ....

Earlier version app was good and easy to pay (stored my service details). Updated version is not good, very worst update.
