This is a tool to read and view *.msg files from MS Outlook on Android, based on org.apache.poi.hsmf.MAPIMessage. Attachments will be saved in a similar named sub-directory in the same directory.

I had an msg file saved in dropbox. It wouldn't open it directly and I couldn't navigate to the Dropbox folder from within the app.

It will not let you open the attached files. It will probably not find the address to the SD card. Use another app.

Wouldn't open attachment for me, doesn't register as handler for application/ms-tnef files either

opens msg file, essentially as text. don't expect to get attachments or graphics. it's not much but it's more than microsoft's so-called outlook app can manage.
