First I am forced by Humana to use an ACCU-CHEK or they will not cover my strips. I absolutely loved my One Touch Ultra Mini and have been using it for years with absolutely no problems. I get a coupon for a free Accu-Chek Aviva connect meter that is supposed to hook up with my phone. I got a new smartphone. I have looked high and low for the Accu-Chek Connect app but cannot find it in the App Store, in the Galaxy apps, or in Google Play. WTF? I what am I supposed to do Roche? Or don'tyou care???

I was disappointed that I can only enter one type of insulin per entry. I usually give a bolus, and would like to track these together. I'm glad that it will track my fitness, but these feature needs to be more comprehensive, or have the ability to be turned off, as it cluters the logbook entry field. The first "test in pairs" i selected happened to be dinner time. But the app will only allow me to select ot as breakfast. The graph on the home screen is a nice feature.

I would like to know if I can download from my Mobile via OTG cable? If you tap on the graft of sugar results you go to Table and a detailed report appears. Very good to send to health care people.

Bought one of their meters that should work Bluetooth but it doesn't work with my Android phone (what a crock) and now I find that I can't email the snapshot in a form other than a picture so my doctor can't read it. It needs to be in .PDF form not .PNG format so people can read it. Would not recommend their meter nor the app.

Running Android 5.1.1 and it will not connect to my meter what's the point of the app if you can't use it I hear it used to work I've registered I sync the device to my phone I install the app and it does nothing kind of pointless please fix

I bought the Accu-chek Aviva Connect today and the instructions that came with it dose not match the app. Their is no way to send readings from machine to app because the directions to connect the two are not right. I go to settings in the app but their is no pair or connect in the app like the directions say. Not pair on my phone, but also suppose to pair or sync the actual app and their is no "pair" anywhere in app settings.

That's all this app does.

I played around with this for 4.4.4, and 4.4.2 and it worked good. Now that I updated to 5.0 it won't work. I don't own a computer either. Maybe you guys could update the software to allow it to pull readings from the IR port on the meter. Most of my phones utilize an inferred port. It would be nice to be able to sync and clear my meter that way. I love the app, only giving it 1 star because it is now broken for me.

As of May 18, 15 App won't work on Samsung Galaxy S4 Active under Lollipop. Roche took months to fix it when KitKat was released. Now the App is down again. App cannot be installed (via Google Play App store) onto Samsung Galaxy TabPro 8.4 and Samsung Galaxy TabPro 12.2 Tablets!? This deficiency results in degraded rating. App also needs Cloud (DropBox, Google Drive) data support for multiple user devices (Smartphone, Tablets, etc).

I downloaded the App and then I went to open it up, and the app said it "encountered an unexpected error and then crashed, repeated attempts to open the app met with the same error/crash, so I Uninstalled and then reinstalled the app... The app still won't work, if I could rate it a ZERO, I would have done the zero rating.

Continually crashes on startup, no way to log blood sugar. 6/3: changed to one star as company is providing no update on Android 5.0 support, while their website states it will run on Android 2.2 or newer.

I tried to print out a 30 day log to show my doctor, and got emailed an image of 30 days worth of readings. If I try to print it out, I get a tiny strip on the sheet of paper that is unreadable, and can't be broken down into separate pages because it is an image (photo).

During the more than a year it took Roche to fix the Android 5 issue, I had moved on to the Accu-Chek Connect App, which has it own issues. At least it seems to be working fine now, and re imported my old data, and it was all there. Pity there is no way to export the data from Accu-Chek Connect to Accu-Chek 360. Then I read the following excerpt from the notes..... "This 1.0.1.6 upgrade allows the app to be used with Android 5 that affected ability to run the app on some phones. This is the final update to this app. This app is being replaced by the Accu-Chek Connect App (phone compatibility list: http://accu-chek.US/dmapp). You can transfer your data to the new app using the Backup feature'' Pity that the new app is by default only compatible with some Samsung's. Luckily there are apps called APK Extractor to help out.

As some have pointed out, will not run on Lollipop. Just says it has to restart. As of 5/23/15 still not working with Android 5.0.....As of 1/26/16 now runs on Android 5.0. Finally!! Updated my rating.

[UPDATE, Oct 1, 2015 - I told Accucheck that this was broken on Android 5 (Galaxy S5) two years ago; their original response made it sound like I had somehow installed it wrong. Took them long enough to fix...] A daily health log app becomes worthless when it stops working during the latest OS upgrade, and MONTHS go by, during which the author's promised fix never comes. This is completely unacceptable. If Accucheck cared at all about their customers, this would have been fixed in the first three days.

No way to sync data with any of their IR meters. Can only manually enter data. So not very useful when used in conjunction with their pc 360 software which their IR meters can sync with. Why they didn't make their $66 pc software/IR receiver the go between, I'll never understand. I feel ripped off for buying the pc software/IR receiver, now.

Useless. Has not been updated since 4.3 and does not work at all on Lollipop. Oct 5. It now works on Lollipop. Just in time for Marshmallow. Will it work on Marshmallow??

Really like the app but it could benefit from an export to pdf upgrade or a usable printer export. The image generated is unreadable and not printer friendly.

Very disappointed that the meter is not compatible with my phone. Right now it's no better than the aviva plus which would have been a free meter for me. I specifically wanted the ability to sync.

I have used this for a couple of years. I did like it. The I updated my phone to Android 5.1 Kit Kat and now the app won't run. Have to find something else to use. 1-15-2015. I installed the latest version on my phone which now has android 5.1.1 and it is working again. Thank you Accu-Chek.

I just switched from Galaxy S III to Galaxy Note 4. I imported my data to an email and tried to transfer to new phone. App gives error of no such file or directory & says transfer failed. I tried downloading the file as well, but then doesn't give option to open with app, just HTML. What am I doing wrong? UPDATE: after calling customer service, the Discoverer(Linda) file manager app was required to transfer the backup file. Works great. Thanks!

I don't understand all you dummies who rate this app with 4 and 5 stars and then say "it doesn't open, keeps crashing". Idioacracy at it's finest. Anyway it's clear now that Roche doesn't care about your health after you purchase their high dollar glucose meters and strips. Get the glucose buddy app, at least they keep their app updated.

I just downloaded this app that is suggested by the Accu-chek monitor I just purchased. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and all I get after accepting terms and conditions is an error message that there's been an unexpected error and needs to restart. I've restarted several times and have ininstalled and installed a couple times and it still won't work.

Love this app for keeping track of my sugars. However, I just updated to Android 5.0.1 and can't seem to get the app to open any longer. It just gives me an error and closes down. Due to that I am also not getting reminders like I had been. Is there an update coming that is compatible with Lollipop?

I am now locked out of this program since upgrading to lollipop! Will not start and really enjoyed it before this problem. Now have to find another program again and lost all previous entries. Bummer. :-(
