ACCU-CHEK® Connect App - US

I love this app and it helps so much! It's also very well designed and looks nice. I recently update to a Moto g5 and need the app version for that!!! My phone is currently incompatible :(((

I miss the aviva expert. I hate having to need your phone with you just to get the bolus advice. The aviva expert was way better. With the guide I have wasted a lot of test strips on when the information doesn't transfer over. I've had too many low blood sugars since I have gotten this POS meter. You giys aren't supposed to fix something that isn't broke. Well you guys tried to fix a good thing and just made it worse. All the other diabetics also hate this meter and app.

Works ok, but NEEDS to work with Samsung Health. The Accu-Chek Connect does, but that meter has been discontinued and replaced with the Guide meter,which doesn't work with Samsung Health! PLEASE add the Guide meter to Samsung Health.

Somehow the app bounced itself out of my smartphone, and when I reinstalled it, it refused to pair up with the meter. I think you guys bombed out on this one. Also a suggestion: Add a method where TWO types of Insulin can be entered at the same posting. Sometimes I take two injections (one of Novolog and one of Lantus) at the same time, but can only enter one injection. Can you fix that?

Accu-Guide won't sync with glucose tracker in Samsung Health on Galaxy S7 - even though I registered the meter with that app. I have the latest Accu-Chek Connect app and my phone, apps, etc. are updated. Disappointed.

I'd like it to send data to my other health apps, Samsung Health, myfitnesspal, etc. it is convenient and comparable to the cost of Walmart strips with the accu-chek program.

The App can provide a better user experience if it can automatically integrate to other Health Apps such as the Samsung Health App, etc. To allow the information to be transmitted seamlessly.

I'm having the same issues everybody else is having will not Bluetooth to my S7 Edge I've done everything their answers tell you to do it still won't Bluetooth I get it to Bluetooth by itself it won't Bluetooth through the app

Unable to manually enter A1C, pulse, temperature, etc. for tracking, reports. Otherwise, great app.

Very nice, ? Why does it limit how much insulin I can use? Will not allow me to input more than 2 digits, sometimes I need 3, thanks.

Is this meter supposed to automatically send the blood sugar levels to my phone? Or do you have to download the data every time you want to see it on your phone?

This app and it's compatible meters are a lifesaver for me. Running smooth for a couple of months. Only problem is that the "latest reading" screen stopped updating on transfer from my Guide meter. I have to go into the diary, and access the advisor from there. Inconvenient, but not unworkable.

This app would be perfect except for a couple items. First, the time between taking the blood sugar and submitting how many carbs you may plan on eating is too short. Secondly (major issue) the app is forcing my bluetooth to shut down within minutes of forcing it on. I use Bluetooth for other devices an need it to remain on at all times.

This blows my circuits! Why is it only compatible ONLY with high end devices? Sorry I can't afford an iPhone 10 witch is 999.99 some people can't have jobs or afford it.

Ever since your update on 9/7/17, I haven't been able to connect the meter to my phone. What happened?

App does not work. I called and was told a new app would be available sometime? I walked through the download process with comp rep and was told to wait for new app. That was early Sept an still no update. Why come out with an app that does not work!

Medications. I'm loving this app except... . I take two different insulin but can only record one. Please change this for a more accurate picture.

App doesn't work or load... Worked in the past and now I have to delete and reinstall

I love it but I'm on U- 500 and Novolog and can only add 1 insulin when I'm putting in an entry. Also I can't erase anything I add to notes, medication or health state, how do I do any of this?

Crashes EVERY TIME I try to use the SEND option.

Doesn't do all I would like but still very good. I would like to see a carb count identification system in this app or a sister app that would talk to each other. Also need to update bolus suggestions for those of us who cannot figure out how to get to the base.

It would be great if the value for insulin dose could be a 3 digit value. There are many times I take a 120 unit dose if I'm a little high before a meal and all I can put in the app is 99 units. Also the ability to put in 2 different entries for insulin on one test would be good so when I take a corrective dose at bedtime and administer my basal insulin both could be on the same entry.

I had to get a new phone. This app won't let me pair . It goes around in circles then times out. I unpaired it from my original phone and tried other things as well.

I love this app, unfortunately I just bought a new cell phone (Moto G5 Plus) and this app isn't compatible with it! Please update it to include my new phone! That's the only reason I'm giving this a 3 star rating, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars!

Worked ok for about two months but constantly had to unpair and pair it again. Now it simply cannot find my device at all. It is pointless because if I use the app it has to be all manual entry, which defeats the point of Bluetooth. The device is faulty and haven't used it but for the past 2 months.

It works okay on mobile had some issues with the galaxy note 5 connecting to my meter. Also on the note 5 it seems the account wont update. One more thing two words Kindle Fire, would be great to have an app for kindle

Would be a great app to keep track of my child's blood sugars if the app worked. I can not even pair the meter to my device. Waste of time!!!

Will NOT stay connected to my Galaxy S6. I'm on my second meter, and STILL having the same issues. Now, it won't connect AT ALL. Tried everything customer support rec'd...NOTHING. Not sure which is worse, the Meter...or the App.

Took several tries to Bluetooth pair to my Samsung 7 edge, both devices kept timing out before connecting, pairing from app does not work at all because their is no way to put in pin device code. Data transfer failed every time, again both devices time out before anything can happen ,,, only about a 5 second window to click through 4 screens on device and 2 screens on phone... and it still does not happen when you do it in the short time allowed.

Unlike the IOS version, this one works on my Galaxy S8. It needs some work on it's data display choices. Awkward but it does work.
