Accu-Chek® Connect App - AU for Android
Doesn't pair, no data; not useful. Just as reviewers said. Not reliable. Either a hardware problem, or software. Both created by Roche, so can't be a compatibility problem. Bluetooth has been around for a decade now. It is time to get with it Roche
The new version has a 'pretty' front screen but now to check the sugar level before last you must open the 'diary' which takes 23 seconds on my galaxy 6s edge. Slow.....
I think this is OK but not great. Companies that deal in products for diabetics need to understand what we need. For me as a type 1 ecercise is a big factor. I want to see BSL before after and during exercise. But there is no options for this. "Other" is great but then there should be an ability to free text as to what "other" is. I will go back to mt previous app as this does not come anywhere close. Keep working on it.
I love this app BUT I can't get it to send even though they're paired, it fails. Not happy
I thought this was the greatest app...then I checked back with my book to the app...all the numbers are wrong?? The the rest are missing?? I will stick tp the booklet...how can it be so wrong if it's updating straight tp my phone???
Why no compatibility with OPPO Brand new phone because i couldn't get it on my S2 Fair enough bought A flash new phone and cant install on it
Unable to re pair device after mistake made, difficult to navigate, goes to online account which wont accept my password , struggle to change from US app to Australian. The whole exercise is frustrating and pointless.
Works okay mostly, but can't remove medication entries. Not much value if this cannot be changed.
Good when it works but Bluetooth connectivity is very flaky. Seems to be a common issue.
I shouldnt have to pair my device every time I do a check. I have followed all instructions, but it only transfers data if I pair it every time. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phone.
The best app for diabetes I have ever used. A1
Very handy app.
Can not pair with my s5 for any longer than an hr before i have unpair and repair. Then only works 10% of the time. Needs option to add more insulin at a test time.
Will not constantly connect via bluetooth to my galaxy s6 either in auto or manual modes And why not make it compatible with any samsung running android 5 or above?
Latest update wants access to my location. What possible reason do you need to track my location?
Excellent
Great
After changing phones i had to set up app again.it keeps saying hcp number not valid..rang helpline and they said its down and try again in a week or two.not good enough accucheck. I would of thought the advisor was an important feature
Please extend Latest entries screen to at least 48 hours. ideally a week. At the moment, you can't see what you did "This time yesterday", i.e. I've just had the same breakfast as yesterday, how much insulin did I give? You should be bale to glance at the app to find this out. Currenlty you have to go to reports / Log Book (please wait.....) and scroll down to find. It would also be nice, if you haven't already, to open up your api to allow other apps to pull the data from th emeter. These apps won't be crippled by litigation fear as yours is for insulin recommendations and would allow mistaken entries to be corrected (They are currently locked if you make an error ).
Rubbish! Will send your bloodpressure up
No more log book. Auto updates from my Aviva Connect straight through my phone to the online account.
When some smarty writes an app to show off their product and not for the end user this is what you get. First you get the third degree and then after all your troubles the stupid app wants to take control of you... not you it. Its a great pretense at doing very little. .. its unstable.. time is valuable, don't waste it here
i just received this new device and it refused to pair with my Samsung phone and the device itself is not of the same quality as all the other devices from Accu-Chek I have had in the past
Can't pair with Sony z3. Tried reinstalling several times. App is worthless so I'm giving up on it.
Seems to have improved with latest update. Bluetooth transfer is now seems to be consistent including manual pull from app. May up to 4 stars if reliability of transfers continue.
App crashes when I try to view a graph on my Galaxy S7. Kind of an important feature.
Its causing battery drain through Bluetooth bluesleep service
Totally useless. My meter says its has transferred my data successfully into the app, yet no data goes across. Pointless exercise using this app. Try again Roche this is an epic fail as it stands!
I am just disappointed that my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus isn't compatible with this app. I really hope the developers fix it soon!
When this app works it's good but after one month's it wouldn't stay open for more than a second chance or two before encountering a error and closing needs bugs to be fixed.
No more log book. Auto updates from my Aviva Connect straight through my phone to the online account.
Please get this for Note 5
I can pair them but don't connect to Samsung s4 after all the trouble I had to get 1 of these machines I think it crap
Forced online account!

Have only just installed and find it does not feel like a phone app. Have to enlarge to try and read its like trying to read small print. Have to turn phone to landscape to get anywhere. Also dont like that I cant quickly see my results. They should be first thing I see. Will give it a week but seriously already considering uninstalling.
