Stores don't accept the digital card. Fine. Uninstall. Throw the card. P150 donated.

The app doesn't accept neither the bar code nor the card number. In the app its only 13 digit but in the card its 16. Really? I can't figure out how to use it.

Do not bother with this app. None of the stores, even Robinson's​ dept store, accepts this for any transactions.

The app could not display the correct loyalty points. Please make the loyalty app show what needs to be displayed. And which is it? Yes, the correct loyalty points. Thanks!

What's the point of the digital card if stores does not accept it.

Please develop loyalty card widget so we dont have to open the app everytime

I have my rewards card in my wallet all the time, When i saw this App i almost installed it (buti nlng hindi) , dahil sa "Reviews" I will never download this unless this App becomes useful :p

Worst app! Worst Costumer Service! Di tinatanngap ang bar code. Worst nag-install ako ng Beep n Go App pra dun ko store yung mga royalty card ko for convenience pra di mo na laging dala sa wallet mo yung card, ayun di pa rin nla tinatanggap. They are trying to be techie pero sablay naman! Ano pangsilbi ng app na ito or other royalty app kung di rin nyo lang i-recognize. And stop trying to convince people na naiintindihan nyo ang point nmin dahil sablay nga ang service nyo.

I often get push notifications that I have several offers nearby, and when I open the app, I get the message "We do not have any offers available to you", and thats just when I'm at home where my location doesn't change which makes the push notification worthless and annoying. The 'Back' button also doesn't work - it just exits the app.

How come robinsons putted their reward cards app here in playstore and their branches don't recognizing the use of this app. Futile and embarrassing! Waste of time installing this app! Grrr

Hopefully, maging katulad to ng 7-Eleven Rewards App na pwedeng gamitin kapag naiwan mo yung card. Tapos ayaw naman nila i-manual key-in yung Card Number. Sayang points.

USELESS app even if it saves the card number. Stores are NOT ALLOWED to accept it even though their machines could read it. A manager told us that it was an instruction from HEAD OFFICE that they are NOT ALLOWED to accept it.

You have this app but the barcode can't be scanned at any cashier of Robinson's (ei Handyman, Dept Store, etc). Useless!

Pls add option in the sidebar to view the raffle entries earned when there are promos in Robinsons exclusive to rewards card owners. Also, how can we know from the app if the scanned card is owned by the proper user?

At the moment the stores refuse to accept the inbuilt card as a membership card. However if your an Americano then just stand your ground. It might take 20 minutes of bitching but trust me you will get your points. I did it myself and it took 15 staff 3 security guards (one with hand on gun) 2 superiors and in the end the store manager but I got them.

I just got a replacement for my old robinsons rewards card. When I tried to enter it in the app, it says wrong format. The app needs updating. It was working fine with my old card.

What is the purpose that they put this on app and store don't accept it.

Stores doesn't accept the virtual Rewards Card in the app. First, they told me na "Di pwede". Then, they tried it "Di nire-read ung barcode". When I told them na they can enter the number like whenever they enter the info of unreadable cards eh "Di pwede". Tinamad lang!? Mas readable pa nga ung numbers sa app kesa sa di masyadong mabasa na physical card. Calibrated sana sa lahat ng stores na tumatanggap ng Rewards Card. Train & inform your employees about this app. Nga-nga at di alam pati ng supervisors.

Not all cashiers, even supervisor/managers, are informed that this can be used as subatitute for the card. If this is an official application, all stores must be informed.

I do not understand the purpose of this app if cashiers doesn't acknowledge this as a substitute to the card. I think you guys should have aligned internally before rolling this app out. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME INSTALLING!!!!!

At the moment i have encounter only 1 cashier(stephanie) who recognizes this, the rest including store supervisor refuses to accept. Whats the diffrence between digital and actual if you are just going to scan it?

Informative app.

At first it worked but after a few days it won't update my points. An error message also pops up everytime. Going to uninstall it.

I like the app!!!!!! And i'm happy when i earned points in my card....

I like the app. What will make more useful is if you keep the bar code on the first screen and make it available even when phone is offline. You do that and I can leave my card at home. I'll make it 5 stars if that is updated.

Hello there, Bakit hindi tinatanggap ng Robinsons Supermarket in Robinson Dasmariñas ang phone ko to scan my Robinson Rewards Card. Eh diba may ginawa kayong Android Application na ang Robinsons Rewards card.. Bwiset na bwiset kami noon parang useless lang ang app ninyo. Eh ung sa Handyman Dasmarinas naman tinatanggap. Buti pa duon. Sayang points namen.. -,-

The app is poorly designed and not optimized to use minimal phone resources. Familiar navigational patterns are ignored, certain app activities are unnecessarily exposed and repeated, and the interface is dated. I immediately uninstalled it.

Easy to know all the discounted items and other promos. Thanks and more power, keep it up the good work!
