Gif Player - OmniGif

[Removed previous review about issue since you've made note of it now] No problem! I'm more than happy to help. This is, after all, my favorite app for gifs. Loved it from the moment I first opened it. I patiently await the fix for the issue in regards Tumblr. (Don't really use reddit, so if there's a similar issue with that, I'm unaware) However, if it proves impossible or something, so be it. (No pressure!) Thank you for all your hard work! You've made a wonderfully enjoyable app. ^_^

Its the best gif player from my experience with several other applications I've used in the past.

It works

Best I've found for controlling speed, no lag, easy to use besides directory search, but missing a couple desired functions. You can loop it forward (A->B, A->B) or backward (B->A, B->A), but not repeat back and forth (A->B->A->B). I keep most of my gifs in a separate folder on my phones microSD card that is only accessible by an upper right icon, not the Local button on left side. Even this Local button cannot see the internal phone's storage Download directory, but can see Download/MMS? To see base Download directory is same as accessing microSD (upper right icon). None of these gifs can be added as a favorite since not in DCIM or MMS directory. Lastly, while you can rotate a gif, you cannot flip/mirror it. BTW, for those of you who complain about the ad, touch the ad and let it display for 10 seconds, hit back button and it stays gone for an hour. Quite reasonable imho for a decent free app.

It's a good app, but the ads mar the illusion when I'm using my projector mod.

This app works fine, the Pro version didn't. I do know that the Pro version crashed on dark theme when rotating phone and it couldn't play 2 frame gifs properly on my phone. This free version has zero issues as far as I can see. The Pro version may have been fixed, the developer did update the Pro version. Just know that if the Pro Version doesn't work, try their free one.

great app but intrusive ads ruin everything

Fixed issue of randomly crashing~ plays gifs as well as videos in loop~ ← you will have little luck finding anyone else who offers that service

Best android gif player so far

I love it. Could you add Gifs playing in reverse, and forward and reverse please? That would make the experience more fun.

Simple and easy. Some of sample websites are out of date but gif's are easy to find.

I liked it when it only load gifs and videos but this update is not as good now that it also loads a bit more pics. Unless there's a setting to turn on/off that display, I don't find this useful.

I like this app.

Useful for people whose Android can't naturally play GIFs in the Gallery like me. I think that the interface could use some improvement, as in, slight polishing. But good app nonetheless!

Many gif apps don't allow you to zoom in while the gif is playing or stopped, when viewing a 3d model it was a breeze

Please add an automatic, or manual update button. I don't wanna have to close my app everytime if I'm making a bunch of gifs. I like this app but that's the only reason I'm not using it atm tbh.

Ok. you finally updated. but still crashes. Kinda self explanatory? In the app, pop-up says GIF has stopped working. Then closes the app...

Great player. Sorting is an issue. When folders are sorted the contents assume the same sort, want a different sort at each level. Fix appreciated
