very costly if you compare anything (talk time, sms, net packs, or all in one as bundle) with GRAMEENPHONE'S MYGP APP. cost should have reduced and user friendly or else Robi will failed to attracted it's user. sms cost is tooooooooo high than GP mygp apps.

অননেট মিনিট মানে কি? আমি 99টাকা দিয়ে 320 মিনিট কিনলাম কল করলাম রবি নাম্বারে কিন্তু আমার মেইন ব্যালেন্স চেক করে দেখলাম ওখান থেকে টাকা কেটে নিয়ে যাচ্ছে। ও রবি তোমার ফাঁকিবাজির রহস্য কি? একটা মামলা রুজু করা দরকার।

Compared to GP it's costly. Reduce the net price and talk time. Don't try to compare yourself with GP because your voice call clearity is average & certainly your Internet is the worst in Bangladesh. So you should & I advice, do reduce the cost of talk time & specially net price.

Plan like Voice SMS and Internet are costly. When I compare to Gp flexiplan where 500 sms is 14 taka but in Robi myplan here price is 182 taka with 30 days validity. If price will decrease then many user use this apps. It also cost high rate of voice bundle. It should also be reduced.
