Via deze app kunt u berekenen wat de maandelijkse hypotheeklasten zullen zijn, met de huidige rentekoers, maar ook met een fictieve toekomstige rentekoers.
Met deze app kunt u in één oogopslag zien wat de lasten na het verstrijken van de rentevaste periode kunnen worden.

Om de app toegankelijk en eenvoudig te houden zijn er een aantal aannames gemaakt:
1. Het inkomen van u en uw eventuele partner ligt individueel, bruto tussen de € 19.923 en de € 66.421.
Mocht het inkomen hoger liggen, dan zal het maandelijkse netto bedrag verhoogd worden, en vice versa.

2. Woningforfait ligt op 0.75%, dit zou in theorie in de toekomst kunnen veranderen.
