Payment Jack for Android
Way to slow on Galaxy Note 2. You can't use the stylus to enter sale amount because it keeps closing keyboard and then you are opening the tip tab. Slow as a snail when you have costumer sign the receipt.
great service
Conveniently pleased
And loved it. This seems to be a pared down version, with quite a few annoying quirks: requiring confirmation manually of a swipe, no inventory management, what gives, guys?

Didn't work
Love it and my low rates we've used this app for 5 yrs now
This company is horrible. They tell you there are no fees but there are they tell you there is no cancellation fee, but there is one of. 295 then once you cancel they take another $200 out of your bank account for no apparent reason. I have had so much trouble with this company. Every time you call you are placed on hold for at least 30 minutes their customer service is horrible do not use!
Oh my! When I use the card swipe my Google talk comes on, almost every time. And 9 out of 10 it doesn't swipe anyways. Wish the email of recipet was automatic instead of having to input.
Terrible service customer service they dont know nothing or resove the problem and take long time to deposit your money, to swipe your customers card is terrible, you guys going to loses a lot of business. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED
I am a psychologist. Having a line on the receipt for “tip” is embarrassing and offensive to my patients. Imagine if you paid your Dr.'s bill after an appointment, and there was a place for a tip on it, as if you had just had a pizza delivered. Turning the feature off on the settings does nothing. It is off, and the line for a tip still appears on the receipt. I have been told by the support staff that there is nothing that can be done to correct this--the tip line can be turned off on iphones, but not on Android. It took four calls to support over several months before one of your technicians told me that the map printed on the receipt could only be changed to "off" on my profile, even though the "settings" contains a toggle to turn it off--that toggle does nothing. Your support staff needs to be more knowledgeable about your product.
This app has closed/shutdown with any transaction attempt since android updated. Customer service isn't the least bit helpful, just basically "oh we didn't know". Really? Looks like I will be switching to a different processor since I can't get paid w/ payment jack.
Didn't work
The new update does not allow you to enter the customers name or address. You cannot check the credit card number or the CVV after you enter it to make sure it is correct. The receipt has your GPS map location on it but you can remove it. It also puts my cell phone number under our company name & address. I do not want my customers to have my personal cell phone number. Update, I was able to delete my cell phone number from receipt.
I love it works like a charm!
DC Towing LLC
Constantly has problems, no go back button, make sure your careful it will jump forward or process on you. Features don't disable have to re-disable before every cc process. Also has problems with Windows 8. Have to disable security features to work, lol less security to run secure cards, oh and every mistake will cost you money.
I just downloaded the update to Payment Jack on my Galaxy S4 running the Kitkat os. I had hoped that the update would correct two problems that interfere with my using the app—although I do use it quite a bit. I am a psychologist. Having a line on the receipt for “tip” is embarrassing and offensive to my patients. Turning the feature off on the settings does nothing. It is off, and the line for a tip still appears on the receipt. I sometimes process payments from home. I do not want my home address—or even a map of my location—on the receipt. I have turned this feature off, but the map still appears. The only workaround that I have found is to turn off the location sensor on the phone’s main settings, an annoying process that interferes with other apps if I forget to turn it back on. These are features already set included in your app’s settings, but they don’t work on Androids. I have called the support people at the bank through which my credit card payments are processed—in fact, I have spoken with them three times—and have learned that the settings work on iPhones, but not on Androids. Please correct this.
On my Samsung Note 3 the app is adequate...occasionally it bugs out but it's a keeper...on my Galaxy Tab the app is a failure. It shuts down after each transaction without providing final confirm...a real hassle in fast pace environment. Support away from the app; that is Web site, phone support, stuff like that is less than average...the reason that you might stock w this app is rates...if the rates creep up...go with square...square is a far more reliable merchant processing app
The card slider don't work almost all the time other than I have had no problems at all
Easy fast and reliable , got no problem

Now takes 3 times longer to check out customer, options are gone, others are now required. Like a whole new app. A bad one.
Amazing!! 00
Numbers to crunch in are small and the card reader guess what wont read cards anymore and I have a tireshop and you make it difficult for me and my customers
It will not swipe cards anymore with a phone that they said was compatible. So I went and bought another phone for 243 dollars..same thing. I can manually punch card numbers in but they charge .5% more interest to do so. So now I'm stuck..retarded. make your app freaking compatible. A card swiped should work if I can down load this app
The number keys are to small and crunched together, making it difficult to press the correct number using your finger. Very frustrating when you're in front of the customer and can't enter totals correctly or have to constantly delete cause you fatfingered the wrong number. Square has a much better interface.
The images don't display well on my HTC one. Some text and numbers are too big to fit the screen. The virtual keyboard pops up and sometimes covers the line where I am typing information so I can't see if I make a mistake. Also it can refuse to let me edit the transaction amount. That being said, I haven't yet found any other app that looks like it would work better and still have the features that I want.
I rarely used this service. I liked to have the option of my clients paying via credit card if need be. I was with this company since July 2011. January 10th 2014, I just closed my account. For the first time, they billed me a $99.00 fee, and never alerted me via email. They said that in the contract, anything is subject to change, fees... etc. I felt this was very unfair business practice. My email is on file, and no one alerted me. The app isn't as smooth as square, and you have to constantly log in.

Motorola xoom. Frequent force close and error messages. Would also like landscape view for tablets. Similar apps remember card numbers and associated email addresses making it easy to email clients without having to constantly reenter. Wish this app could be more like them. Really needs some fixing
Login always times out and it takes forever when I finally get "connectivity" even though I have full LTE signal. Have had this app for a week and have only successfully used it once... This app is junk to me.
Works great on Note 3
If you have a real business this is the app for you...real processing ...real fast funding.....really.
Awesome
Have used other systems. LOVE, LOVE LOVE IT!
