Would like to be able to login with fingerprint sensor. When I have customers waiting, to login with a strong password takes too long.

This app has turned to total garbage. It used to work great and for the past month or so I can't even key in a payment because the app freezes and when you try to key in the card number it just quits responding. I will definitely be looking into a different card reader app. I've tried to contact the developer with no response. FOX YOUR APP IT IS TOTAL JUNK
It sucks I can't log in to get payment and no body is responding to all the negative comments. Shows me this app is a bust will be deleting it and find another

I don't see the option to create a username. I also dont see the developer responding to any of the complaints ????

Downloaded app and cannot even create a login because I need a welcome email which I've never received!!!
Tip screen is on separate screen from signature screen which makes it embarrassing to ask for tips. This needs to be changed ASAP or we should all change card processing companies. I use Flagship to process cards, and will now be looking to change.
You must first enter the total due then add a tip and then swipe the customers credit/debit card. Processing a payment has become very awkward, if you'd like them to give them an opportunity to tip. I don't like asking my clients if they are giving me a tip! You should go back to swiping the card and allowing your client to add a tip right above the signature line. My clients are very unhappy with the format as well. As a hair stylist this app is terrible since 30% of our income comes from tips! I will stick with square unless the app is changed back to the old version.

After the recent update any transactions done on a phone or tablet says error unable to process but the transactions indeed goes through. My customers were charged multiple times for same transaction. I was unaware of this until the customers called and informed me their accounts were drained. Called customer support over a month ago (many, many times) it still has not been resolved. I had to issue checks back to customers. Unacceptable time frame when dealing with consumers money. Made me and my company look very unprofessional.
BS. Not working. Samsung GS6. Please fix it asap...

RoamPay is the worst mobile app and mobile processing provider out there. iProcess, SwipeSimple and even ePN are light years away from them in every aspect.
The recent update as off January 10th 2017 made this app terrible. I have to kiss all Tips goodbye because tips Input has been moved from the signature screen. And now with out warning the app no longer accepts my card reader, now I have to wait for a new one.
I hate that they put the tip screen before the card swipe. It is so awkward asking people if they want to tip me. Please, Rome, put it back with the signature page!
Terrible since update. The only thing it does consistently is crash in the middle of processing a payment.
Update moved tip options to an impractical location. Please put them back to the signature area.
Can't get the app up on home page. Had version 4 and it was taken away when 5 arrived. But I must search for it every time to use it. Please help. Also did any rates or charges change with version 5?
Only option to process cc is with a Bluetooth swiper. I don't have one. What do I do
Only wish there was a button to see daily sales report. Have to add it up in a calculator. It's is secure, only way it will deduct thousands is if you type it wrong. My reader broke which was my fault, but other than that, no malfunctions. Simply make sure your phone isn't a cheap Android. A $40 phone doesn't run any app smoothly so be prepared.
You state you can provide safety for you customers, that is so not true. I have had 2 different incidents in a 4 week period that involve thousands of dollars being deducted multiple times from my customers accounts and put into my account. Then your company takes over 2 weeks to refund the money. I was the one that contacted you to report the problem and it should have been the other way around. Also, your 24 hour people suck too and are less than helpful!
Always have problems & now it will not work at all. Look for service elsewhere.

These people tell you the credit card reader is free no extra charges then when you don't use it enough they just randomly take money out of your account for no reason then tell you you have a 3 year contract and if you don't pay $150 a year and close it they'll charge you the 3:50 anyways for cancelling your agreement then they randomly take money out of your account total fraud do not use this credit card reader
Takes a long time to run a card, and the card slider has been replaced about 5 times cause it just stops working. But, otherwise it is good at what it's made to do.
It gets the job done, but.... It takes a lot of time. The process could be streamlined (save a lot of time) if there was a way to scan barcodes (using my phone or tablet) and to import/export item numbers, descriptions, quantity and prices.
Been using roam pay for a couple of years. In my case I have a CC merchant with a different company and they are using roam pay as mobile platform. A few times I needed support, my merchant reached out to roam pay and resolved the issue almost immediately. I rarely charge customer's CC but when I do it's usually a large sum and I get get it deposited to my bank account within 24 hours.

The app has worked fine, but having switched from the Square Reader to this app I find it has way too many steps. Every time I open the app I have to enter a password. There are just too many windows to go through to get the sale completed. Then, at the end, it asks for "notes" & I have to hit SKIP, then DONE. It's like, ALRIGHT ALREADY! MOVING ON!...Also, the card reader doesn't fit as well as Square Reader's, due to the size/design... other than that, no real issue thus far.
Have been using it for over 2 years. Never had one problem.
No option to manually batch transactions means you don't get your money settlement until 2 business days. The app auto batches transactions at night which means you lose the extra day!

This program is reliable and easy to use. I've been using it for about four years. I have few complaints about the way it works. When the quality of my cellular connection changes, say from lte to hdpsa or gsm, then i have to logout and restart the program. One problem is it doesn't have an option for taking cheques, just cash or card. Which is understandable: this program was made to take cards, cash is just a bonus functionality. But it would be nice. This program used to have a dialog for giving tips after the signature portion which was awesome, I was making lots of tips. Now if I want a tip I have to ask if they want to give a tip because it's before the card dialog and signature. I am losing tons of money because of this decision. I wish that I was able to send invoices with this program. It lets me store prices for my inventory in there so it would be pretty easy to enable this functionality. All of the one star reviews I presume are fake and intended to draw users away to other card processing apps.
